Jersey City Man Charged In Sexual Assault

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that following a swift-moving investigation, on Friday, May 12, 2023, Members of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit Arrested an 18-Year-Old Jersey City man in connection to the Sexual Assault of a 63-Year-Old woman inside a Jersey City Business.



     Elijah Lloyd, 18, of Jersey City, New Jersey has been Charged with First Degree Kidnapping; First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; First Degree Robbery; Third Degree Terroristic Threats; and Third Degree Theft. Mr. Lloyd was Processed on the Charges and Remanded to The Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his First Appearance and a Potential Detention Hearing.


     On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at approximately 8:24 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to a Business located on West End Avenue, just South of Communipaw Avenue in Jersey City on a report of a woman being Sexually Assaulted. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers learned that a 63-Year-Old woman was held against her will, Sexual Assault and Robbed. The ensuing investigation by Members of The Hudson County Special Victims Unit in conjunction with Detectives of The Jersey City Police Department was able to quickly identify Mr. Lloyd as a Suspect and the individual responsible for the Sexual Assault and Robbery of the woman.

HACKENSACK, NJ.- A 48-Year-Old Morristown, New Jersey Handyman has been Convicted on Charges for the August 19, 2019, Rape of a 12-Year-Old Girl, while he was performing repairs at her home.



     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, On Friday, May 12, 2023, following a Four-Day Trial, a Jury sitting in Bergen County, New Jersey, Convicted Alejandro Valasquez-Martinez, 48, of Morristown, New Jersey, on the Charges of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Sexual Assault; and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.


     During the Trial, The Prosecutor's Office presented Six Witnesses, including Two Expert Witnesses, and successfully argued that on the morning of August 19, 2019, Mr. Velasquez-Martinez a Colombian National, committed Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Minor while he was doing tile repairs in her Family's Home.


     Mr. Velasquez-Martinez will Face a Minimum of 25 Years without Parole in New Jersey State Prison when he is Sentenced on August 4, 2023, before The Honorable Nina Remson J.S.C., in Bergen County State Superior Court.

57-YEAR-OLD NEWARK MAN FATALLY SHOT INSIDE HIS CAR LAST NIGHT

NEWARK, NJ.- Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported that The Essex County Homicide Task Force is investigating a Shooting that occurred Last Night in Newark, that Claimed the Life of a 57-Year-Old Newark man.


     On Thursday, May 11, 2023, at approximately 10:25 p.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to The 200 Block of Grafton Avenue in Newark on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Romulo Luzuriaga, 57, of Newark, inside his car, suffering from a Gunshot Wound. Mr. Luzuriaga was immediately transported to University Hospital where he succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased at 11:05 p.m.

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives continue to investigate a Shooting that occurred last night in Paterson, New Jersey that has left a Teen hospitalized.


     On Wednesday, May 11, 2023, at approximately 8:05 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of 10th and Clinton Streets in Paterson, New Jersey on a report of Shots being Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Teen suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     The Teen was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. The Teen's condition was not available at this time.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made and Police Officers were able to locate a Crime Scene at the location. More information may become available once released by Authorities.

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that the investigation continues into a Wednesday Night Shooting in Passaic, New Jersey in which Five Adults and Four Juveniles narrowly escape injury as their Vehicle is fired upon.


     On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Fourth and South Streets in Passaic on a report of Shots Being Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Crime Scene but no victims were located.


     A short time later, Police Officers located a Motor Vehicle in the area of Monroe Street and Central Avenue in Passaic which had been Struck by Multiple Gunshots. 


     Further investigation determined that the Vehicle had Nine Occupants, a 21-Year-Old Asbury Park man, a 19-Year-Old Passaic woman, an 18-Year-Old Passaic woman, Two 17-Year-Old Juveniles, Two 11-Year-Old Juveniles, an 18-Year-Old Newark man, and a 20-Year-Old Orange man. None of the occupants sustained a Gunshot wound, but one of the Passengers sustained a Laceration to their Face.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made at this time. More information may become available once released by authorities.

HARRISON, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that following a Week-Long Narcotics Investigation. On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, Members of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Task Force in conjunction with The United States Department of Homeland Security, Newark Office Arrested a 60-Year-Old Harrison, New Jersey man.


     Jose Estrada-Castillo, 60, of Harrison, New Jersey was Charged with One Count of First Degree Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Second Degree Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 500 Feet of Public Property; First Degree Conspiracy; Third Degree Possession with the Intent to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance within 1000 Feet of School Property; and Third Degree Possession of Cocaine. 


     Mr. Estrada-Castillo was Arrested in the area of Harrison Avenue and Third Street in Harrison, and transported to The Hudson County Correctional Facility pending future Court Proceedings.


     During the course of The Investigation, Detectives seized over 2 Kilograms of Cocaine, and Mr. Estrada-Castillo was in Possession of 200 Grams of Cocaine at the time of his Arrest.

Prosecutor's Office Seeking Public Assistance

MONMOUTH COUNTY PROSECUTOR'S OFFICE AND SPCA ARE LOOKING FOR THE PERSON WHO ABANDONED DOG

NEPTUNE TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago reported that Investigators are asking for the Public's Help in finding the Person responsible for the Neglect of a Severely Emaciated Puppy that was left on the side of a Road in Neptune Township, New Jersey, this past weekend.


     On Sunday, May 7, 2023, at approximately 12:00 p.m., Members of The Monmouth County Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals responded to a call on The 1300 Block of Monroe Avenue in The Township on a report of a Puppy being found. The Caller told the Officers that responded that on Saturday, May 6, 2023, at approximately 8:00 p.m., he had found the Puppy a few blocks away near the Intersection of Bangs and Myrtle Avenues, and Contacted The SPCA the next day after he realized that the Puppy was too Sick for the man to properly care for.



     The Puppy, a Tan Female Pit Bull Mix, about 8 to 10 Weeks Old and named Matilda by her Caregivers, was rushed to The SPCA Shelter for Urgent Medical Care. Upon arrival at The Shelter, Matilda was curled up in a Fetal Position, her Head Shaking, and Unable to Move, suffering from Dehydration and Hunger. As of Wednesday, Matilda showed signs of improvement, having started to Socialize with other Dogs at the Shelter and Eating on her own.

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives are looking into the circumstances surrounding a Second Paterson Shooting that occurred on Wednesday Afternoon that left a 29-Year-Old man hospitalized.


     On Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at approximately 2:19 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of Memorial Drive and Ellison Street in Paterson on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 29-Year-Old Paterson man suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. The man's condition is unknown at this time.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made. More information may become available once released by Authorities.

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives are investigating a Shooting that has a Paterson, New Jersey Woman hospitalized.


     Today, Wednesday, May 10, 2023, at approximately 11:50 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department were notified that a 34-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey woman had arrived at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. Police Officers are trying to ascertain the location where the woman was Shot.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by authorities.

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Fatal Shooting of a 34-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man.


     On Saturday, May 6, 2023, at approximately 1:14 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of East Main and Hillman Streets in Paterson on a report of a man being Shot. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 34-Year-Old Paterson man, suffering from a Gunshot Wound to his Chest.


     The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson where he succumbed to his injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased a short time later.

Newark Homicide Investigation Continues

INVESTIGATION CONTINUES INTO AN EAST ORANGE MAN FOUND SHOT TO DEATH IN HIS CAR

NEWARK, NJ.- Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported that Detectives of The Essex County Homicide Task Force are continuing to investigate the May 3, 2023, Fatal Shooting of a 20-Year-Old East Orange, New Jersey man who was found dead inside his car in Newark, New Jersey.


     On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at approximately 9:43 p.m., Members of The Newark Police Department to The 200 Block of 4th Street in Newark on a report of Shots Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers were unable to locate a Crime Scene. Within minutes, Police Officers were notified of a Car Accident that had just occurred in the area of First Street and Sussex Avenue in Newark. Police Officers responded and found a man, later identified as Jayden Jarvis, 20, of East Orange, New Jersey in his car, suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. 


     Mr. Jarvis was immediately transported to University Hospital in Newark where he was pronounced deceased at 11:16 p.m.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that on Monday, May 8, 2023, Members of The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit Arrested a 25-Year-Old Bayonne, New Jersey man in connection with a Fatal Hit & Run that Claimed the Life of a 55-Year-Old Jersey City man on Sunday, March 5, 2023.


     Arley Ulloa, 25, of Bayonne was Arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Jersey City and Charged with One Count of Second Degree Knowingly Leaving the Scene of a Motor Vehicle Collision Resulting in Death. Mr. Ulloa was Processed on the Charge and released on a Summons pending his First Appearance which has been Scheduled for Tuesday, May 30, 2023, in Hudson County Central Judicial Processing Court.


     On Sunday, March 5, 2023, at approximately 12:31 a.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to the area of Stegman and Garfield Avenues on a report of a Pedestrian being Struck by a Motor Vehicle, that Fled the Scene. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Ralph Haynes, 55, of Jersey City, New Jersey lying in the Roadway with Life-Threatening Injuries. Mr. Haynes was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased later in the day.

North Bergen Fatal Hit & Run

HUDSON COUNTY COLLISION UNIT INVESTIGATING A FRIDAY NIGHT FATAL HIT AND RUN

     " A Motorcyclist Was Struck & Killed By A Vehicle That Fled The Scene, Leaving The Motorcyclist To Die."

NORTH BERGEN, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit is continuing its investigation into a Collision in which the Operator of a Motorcycle was Fatally Struck by a Vehicle that Fled the Scene.


     On Friday, May 5, 2023, at approximately 9:00 p.m., Members of The North Bergen Police Department responded to a report of a Motorcycle Lying in the Roadway in the area of Granton and Liberty Avenues in North Bergen with no one around.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found the Motorcycle but were unable to locate the Driver. During the initial investigation discovered an injured man, later identified as Joshua Huayamave, 23, of North Bergen in the area of 76th Street, a few blocks from where the Motorcycle was discovered. Mr. Huayamave was immediately transported to Palisades Medical Center, where he was pronounced deceased a short time later.

Plainfield New Jersey Man Again Convicted

A PLAINFIELD MAN HAS AGAIN BEEN CONVICTED FOR THE 2011 STABBING DEATH OF HIS GIRLFRIEND

     " After Having His Conviction Overturned, Anthony James Was Once Again Convicted Of Stabbing His Girlfriend To Death In 2011."

PLAINFIELD, NJ.- A 62-Year-Old Plainfield, New Jersey Man previously Convicted, in the 2011 Fatal Stabbing of his Girlfriend was Convicted again on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, by a Jury sitting in Union County, New Jersey.



     Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel reported that Anthony James, 62, formally of Plainfield, New Jersey was found Guilty on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, on One Count of First Degree Murder; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Fourth Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Following a Five Week Trial before The Honorable John Deitch, the Jury deliberated for a Day and a Half before Returning the Guilty Verdicts.


     On September 28, 2011, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Members of The Plainfield Police Department responded to a residence located on The 300 Block of East Seventh Street in Plainfield after Mr. James had Called. Upon arrival, Police Officers found the Body of 48-Year-Old Audrey Tanksley in the bathtub deceased from Multiple Stab Wounds.


     A Subsequent investigation by Union County Authorities determined that Ms. Tanksley had been Stabbed 94 Times and Mr. James was the individual for The Stabbing and Causing her Death.


     Mr. James was originally Convicted in 2019, but in August of 2022, The Appellate Court reversed James' Conviction and Remanded the case back to Union County State Superior Court for a New Trial because Judge John Deitch who presided over the Trial gave The Jury improper instructions on Self-Defense.


     Sentencing in this matter has been Scheduled for June 23, 2023, before Judge Deitch, at which time Mr. James will Face a Potential Life Sentence in New Jersey State Prison.

ONE DEAD, THREE HOSPITALIZED IN IN AN EARLY MORNING SHOOTING IN NEWARK, NEW JERSEY

NEWARK, NJ.- In another act of senseless Gun Violence, a 38-Year-Old Newark man has been Fatally Shot, and Three Hospitalized in less than a week. 


     Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported that Members of The Essex County Homicide Task Force are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding an Early Sunday Morning Shooting in Newark, New Jersey.



     On Sunday, May 7, 2023, at approximately 2:58 a.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to The 400 Block of Orange Street in Newark on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Crime Scene and Four Victims suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. One Victim, later identified as Julius K. Ferguson, 38, of Newark, was pronounced deceased at the scene. The other Three Victims were immediately transported to University Hospital for treatment, Their condition is unknown.

NEWARK, NJ.- A 7-Year-Old Boy and an Unidentified Man, tragically fell victim to another Senseless Act of Gun Violence last night in Newark, New Jersey, leaving relatives struggling for answers.


     Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported that The Essex County Homicide Task Force and Detectives of The Newark Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding last night's Shooting in Newark that left Two Dead, One Hospitalized, and the Suspect Fatally Shot by Police.



     On Wednesday, May 3, 2023, at approximately 8:33 P.M., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to The 300 Block of Johnson Avenue in Newark on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found an Unidentified Man, and a 7-Year-Old Boy, both having sustained Life-Threatening Gunshot Wounds. The Man Succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased at the scene. The Boy was immediately transported to University Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. A Third Man was transported to Beth Israel Hospital for treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     Further, upon arrival, Police Officer encountered a man running from the scene Armed with a Handgun. After a short foot chase, Police Officers Shot and Killed the Suspect when the Suspect turned and Pointed the Weapon at the Police. The Shooting of the Suspect is under investigation by The New Jersey State Office of The Attorney General.

Riverside Teacher's Aide Charged

RIVERSIDE, NJ.- Burlington County Prosecutor LaChia L. Bradshaw reported that following an investigation a Riverside High School Teacher's Aide was Taken into Custody on Tuesday Night and Charged with having a Sexual Relationship with a Male Student.



     Michelle Jacoby, 27, of Riverside, New Jersey was Charged with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Ms. Jocoby was Taken into Custody Tuesday Night and was released on Wednesday after her First Appearance in Burlington County State Superior Court.


     The Charges stem from an investigation that began on Tuesday, May 2, 2023, after The Bergen County Prosector's Office Special Victims Unit was notified that a Student had told a Teacher about the relationship, with Ms. Jocoby. Detectives determined that the relationship, which had ended, involved Multiple Encounters over a Two-Year Period beginning when the Student was a Freshman. Most of all the Encounters occurred in Ms. Jacoby's Home, in Riverside, New Jersey. 


     Riverside School Superintendent Michael Adams said that Ms. Jacoby, who also serves as The Riverside High School Marching Band Director, has been Suspended from her position.

Passaic Shooting Investigation

PASSAIC COUNTY AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE A MONDAY AFTERNOON SHOOTING

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstance surrounding a Shooting on Monday Afternoon that left a 21-Year-Old Passaic, New Jersey man hospitalized.


     On Monday, May 1, 2023, at approximately 4:10 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of State Street and Aspen Place in Passaic on a report of Shots Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a potential Crime Scene but were unable to find a victim.


     A Short time later, Police Officers were notified that a 21-Year-Old Passaic Man had arrived at Saint Mary's Hospital in Passaic seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made at this time. More information may become available once released by Authorities.

Carteret, New Jersey Man Charged

26-YEAR-OLD CARTERET MAN HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH YESTERDAY'S BEATING DEATH OF HIS GRANDMOTHER

CARTERET, NJ.- Today, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone reported a Carteret Man has been Charged in connection with the Beating Death of Juanita Quinones, 77, of Carteret, New Jersey.


     On Monday, May 1, 2023, at approximately 5:29 p.m., Members of The Carteret Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting that an Individual was seen area near Taylor Avenue, who Appeared to be Covered in Blood. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Cyril Lloyd, 26, of Carteret, New Jersey.



     Mr. Lloyd was transported back to his home. When Police Officers entered the residence they found a Woman, later identified as Juanita Quinones, 77, Mr. Lloyd's Grandmother, Unresponsive from Multiple Head Wounds. Ms. Quinones was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene.


     Accordingly, Mr. Lloyd was Arrested and Charged with One Count of First Degree Murder; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Fourth Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Mr. Lloyd was Processed on the Charges and Remanded to The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center, pending a Pretrial Detention Hearing in Middlesex County State Superior Court.

PATERSON MAN FACE SEXUAL ASSAULT CHARGES IN BERGEN COUNTY

ELMWOOD, PARK, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that following an investigation, a 41-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man was taken into Custody and Charged in connection with the July 8, 2022, Sexual Assault of a Woman in Elmwood Park, New Jersey.


     On Friday, July 8, 2022, Detectives of The Elmwood Park Police Department contacted The Bergen County Special Victims Unit regarding an Alleged Sexual Assault of a Woman in Elmwood Park. A Joint Investigation by Members of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and Detectives of The Elmwood Park Police determined that Andre Williams, 41, of Paterson, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Woman.



     As a result of the investigation, on Thursday, April 27, 2023, an Arrest Warrant was authorized for Mr. Williams for One Count of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and One Count of Third Degree Criminal Restraint. The following day, on Friday, April 28, 2023, Mr. Williams was Arrested in Paterson, New Jersey. Williams was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail in Hackensack, New Jersey pending future Court Proceedings.

WEST NEW YORK, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that on Monday, May 1, 2023, Members of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit Arrested a 19-Year-Old West New York, New Jersey man, on Charges in connection to a Sex Crime Committed upon a 12-Year-Old Girl. The Alleged Crime occurred on Saturday, April 29, 2023, in a West New York Apartment. The Girl is known to the Defendant.


     Following an investigation, Marcos Quexordon, 19, of West New York, New Jersey, was Arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with One County of Second Degree Sexual Assault by Contact; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.


     Mr. Quexordon was Processed on the Charges and Remanded to The Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his First Appearance in Hudson County Central Judicial Processing Court. The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office has Filed a Pretrial Detention Motion to have Mr. Quexordon Detained pending Trial.

NEWARK, NJ.- Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II reported that The Essex County Homicide Task Force is continuing to investigate a Shooting that occurred Last Night that Claimed the Life of a 46-Year-Old man and has left Two others Hospitalized.


     On Sunday, April 30, 2023, at approximately 8:09 p.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to The 800 Block of 18th Avenue in Newark on a report of a Shooting. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Three People suffering from Gunshot Wounds. One of the Victims, Altariq Johnson, 46, of Newark, New Jersey succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene. The Other Two Victims were immediately transported to University Hospital for treatment. Their condition is not known at this time.

North Bergen Couple Charged

NORTH BERGEN COUPLE CHARGED WITH BILKING A UNION CITY BUSINESS OF OVER $300,000.

UNION CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported on Wednesday, April 26, 2023, a North Bergen, New Jersey Man, and Woman were Arrested and Charged in connection with the Theft of over $300,000. from Union City, New Jersey Business.


     Angelica Morales-Fuentes, 30, and Hector Ortiz, 39, both of North Bergen, New Jersey, were both Charged with Second Degree Theft by Deception; and Second Degree Conspiracy. Mr. Ortiz was Additionally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Criminal Computer Activity.


     The investigation uncovered that Ms. Morales-Fuentes accessed the Payroll System of a Union City Based Staffing Company. Ms. Morales-Fuentes then Created Multiple Fake Employee Accounts and Diverted Wages into a Joint Bank Account she shared with Mr. Ortiz. The Two Stole approximately $349, 000. between August 2019 and November 2022 from the Business.


     Ms. Morales-Fuentes and Mr. Ortiz were Arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Jersey City, The Two were Processed on The Charges and released on a Summons pending their First Court Appearances.
