BREAKING: Saddle Brook, New Jersey Woman Charged

SADDLE BROOK, NJ.- Following an investigation, A 57-Year-Old Saddle Brook, New Jersey woman, who was Employed as an Office Manager for a Local Entertainment Worker's Union was Arrested and Charged on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, for Allegedly Embezzling over $1.7 Million in Funds from The Union's Operating Accounts.



     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, in July 2023, The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Financial Crimes Unit received information regarding the Theft of Funds from a Local Union based in Bergen County, New Jersey. The investigation determined that from January 1, 2019, through July 1, 2023, The Union's Office Manager Theresa Gremillot, 57, of Saddle Brook, New Jersey, conducted approximately 3000 Unauthorized Debits from The Union's Operating Accounts for her Personal Benefit. The total Unauthorized Debits Totaled more than $1.7 Million.


     Accordingly, on Wednesday, November 8, 2023, Ms. Gremillot was Formally Charged with Second Degree Theft. Gremillot was Processed on The Charged and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings.
