BREAKING: Newark, New Jersey Man Charged With Aggravated Assault & Weapons Offenses

NEWARK, NJ.- A 22-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey man was Charged on Thursday, December 28, 2023, after he was Shot and Hospitalized following a Six Hour Standoff with Police Officers when he refused to surrender to Officers serving an Arrest Warrant on Charges out of Mercer County, New Jersey.


     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on Thursday, December 28, 2023, at 5:30 a.m., Mercer County Detectives were Attempting to Execute an Arrest Warrant for Quadir Harvey, 22, at his residence located on The 100 Block of Camden Street in Newark, New Jersey. Detectives quickly learned that Mr. Harvey had Barricaded himself inside the residence, Armed with a Knife, and a Standoff ensued.


     The Essex County Sheriff's Tactical Response Team was Activated and Responded to the location. Trained Negotiators also responded to the location.


     After negotiations Failed, Members of The Sheriff's Tactical Response Team entered Mr. Harvey's Apartment in an Attempt to Apprehend him. Harvey refused to Comply with repeated Demands by Officers to surrender, and when he lunged at Police Officers, one of The Officers Fired his Service Weapon, Striking Mr. Harvey. Mr. Harvey was transported to University Hospital where he is being treated for a Non-Life Threatening Injury. 


     In addition to The Charges out of Mercer County, New Jersey, Mr. Harvey was Additionally Charged with Aggravated Assault; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Fourth Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Terroristic Threats. Mr. Harvey will be Processed on The Charges after being released from The Hospital.

17-YEAR-OLD JERSEY CITY BOY CHARGED WITH THE SHOOTING DEATH OF AN 18-YEAR-OLD MAN

     "Hudson County Homicide Unit Has Charged A Teen On Wednesday For Fatal Shooting Of Angel Regalado Guzman In A Jersey City Residence."

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported, that following an investigation, on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, a 17-Year-Old Jersey City, New Jersey Boy was Taken into Custody by Detectives of The Hudson County Homicide Unit and Charged in connection with The Shooting Death of an 18-Year-Old Man that occurred in Jersey City.


     The Teen was Charged on Wednesday with First Degree Aggravated Manslaughter; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. Because the Teen is a Juvenile his name is being withheld at this time.


     The Charges stem from an incident when on Monday, December 18, 2023, at around 2:30 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department were notified that an 18-Year-Old man, later identified as Angel Regalado Guzman, had arrived at Jersey City Medical Center, with an apparent Gunshot Wound. Despite Life-Saving Efforts, Mr. Regalado Guzman succumbed to his injury and was pronounced deceased at 4:00 p.m. 


     A subsequent autopsy performed by The Regional Medical Examiner's Office determined the Cause of Death to be a Gunshot Wound to The Head and the Manner of Death to be Homicide. 


     An ensuing investigation by Detectives of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit in conjunction with Members of The Jersey City Police Department were able to identify the 17-Year-Old as the Suspect and the Individual responsible for the Murder of Mr. Regalado Guzman.

PARAMUS, NJ. - Today, a 28-Year-Old Man has been Hospitalized after being Stabbed Multiple Times, during a Route 4 East Road Rage Incident that occurred late this morning in Paramus, New Jersey.


     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, Today, December 28, 2023, at just before 11:30 a.m., Members of The Paramus Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a man being Stabbed following a Road Rage Incident on Route 4 East in Paramus.


     Upon arrival, Police Officer found a man, who had sustained Multiple Stab Wounds. The man was immediately transported to Hackensack University Medical Center, where he remains in Stable Condition.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. This is a Developing Story, please check back for updates.

CAMDEN, NJ.- A 35-Year-Old Pennsauken, New Jersey man becomes the Latest Victim of Senseless Gun Violence after being Gunned Down last night on a Camden, New Jersey Street.


     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace MacAulay, on Wednesday, December 27, 2023, just minutes after 6:00 p.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to a ShotSpotter Activation on The 1400 Block of Louis Street in Camden City. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Esterlin Torres, 35, of Pennsauken, New Jersey, suffering from a Gunshot Wound.


     Mr. Torres was immediately transported to Cooper Univerity Hospital where succumbed to his injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased shortly before 9:00 p.m., Wednesday.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. BERGENFIELD, NJ.- A 34-Year-Old Bergenfield, New Jersey Accountant was Arrested last Wednesday, just minutes after picking up a Package Containing Methamphetamine at The Local Post Office in Bergenfield, New Jersey.


     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, Detectives of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Task Force and Investigators of The United States Postal Inspection Service Arrested Taha Aziz, 34, of Bergenfield, New Jersey, after he Claimed a Package at The Bergenfield Post Office that contained 120 Grams of Methamphetamine that was Shipped to him from California.


     Before his December 20, 2023 Arrest, Mr. Aziz had been under investigation for the Distribution of Methamphetamine throughout The Bergen County, New Jersey area over the recent months.


     Accordingly, Following his Arrest, Mr. Aziz was Formally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Possession With the Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine. Aziz was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court.

WASHINGTON TOWNSHIP, NJ.- A 33-Year-Old Nutley, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in connection with the Alleged Criminal Sexual Contact of a Child in Washington Township, New Jersey.


     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Wednesday, December 13, 2023, The Washington Township Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit after receiving a report of The Alleged Sexual Assault of a Juvenile. An investigation was launched into the allegations.


     After interviewing witnesses including the Child Victim, Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims in conjunction with The Washington Township Police Department determined that Donald Kumar Davis, 33, of Nutley, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Child on Two Occasions in Washington Township, New Jersey.


     Accordingly, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, Mr. Kumar Davis was Taken into Custody at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and Formally Charged with Two Counts of Second Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact; and Two Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.


     Mr. Kumar Davis was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court.

BREAKING: Pennsauken, New Jersey Man Charged With Killing A Man

PENNSAUKEN, NJ.- A 31-Year-Old Pennsauken, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged in connection with The Fatal Choking of a man that occurred late Saturday Night in Pennsauken, New Jersey.


     According to Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, on Saturday, December 23, 2023, just minutes after 11:30 p.m., Members of The Pennsauken Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting an altercation located on the 4600 Block of High Street in Pennsauken.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Bradley Niesen, 31, of Pennsauken, New Jersey, unresponsive at the location. Mr. Niesen was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene.


      A Swift-Moving Investigation by Members of The Camden County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit and Detectives of The Pennsauken Police Department were able to identify Tyler Roderick, 31, of Pennsauken, New Jersey as a Suspect and the Individual responsible for The Death of Mr. Niesen.


     Accordingly, on Sunday, December 24, 2023, Mr. Roderick was Arrested and Charged with One Count of First Degree Aggravated Manslaughter. Roderick was Processed on The Charged and Remanded to The Camden County Correctional Facility pending Future Court Proceedings.

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Authorities are continuing the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Shooting of a 45-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man who remains Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire Multiple Times early Christmas Morning on a Paterson, New Jersey Street.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Monday, December 25, 2023, at approximately 2:42 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call in the area of Madison and Monroe Streets in The City of Paterson on a report of Multiple Shots Fired.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Shell Casings but were unable to locate a Victim. While on Scene, Police Officers were notified that a 45-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man had arrived at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center seeking treatment for Multiple Gunshot Wounds. The man's medical condition is not known at this time.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. BOONTON TOWNSHIP, NJ.- The 2023 Christmas Holiday ends in tragedy for a Father and Son after Police Officers find a 61-Year-Old Man Dead inside their Boonton Township, New Jersey Residence and his 33-Year-Old Son Charged with his Murder.


     According to Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, on Sunday, December 24, 2023, at approximately 1:15 p.m., Members of The Boonton Township Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call at a Home located on Old Denville Road in Boonton Township.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered Gregory Meyer, 61, Dead inside his Home. An ensuing investigation by Authorities quickly identified Mr. Meyer's Son, Kyle Meyer, 33, as a Suspect and the individual responsible for the Death of his Father inside the Home the Shared Together. 


     Just around Eight Hours later, at around 9:00 p.m., Kyle was located and detained in Paterson, New Jersey, and subsequently Charged with First Degree Murder; Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.


     Kyle Meyer was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Morris County Correctional Facility, pending Future Court Proceedings in Morris County Superior Court.

BREAKING: Tuckahoe, New Jersey Man Indicted In Hit & Run Fatal Crash

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- On Thursday, December 21, 2023, a Grand Jury sitting in Atlantic County, New Jersey Returned an Indictment Charging Timothy J. Schellinger, 44, of Tuckahoe, New Jersey, with Second Degree Leaving the Scene of a Fatal Motor Vehicle Crash, according to Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Reynolds.


     The Indictment is in connection with an incident, when on July 10, 2023, shortly after 9:00 p.m., Members of The Hamilton Township Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting that a Pedestrian had been Struck by a Flatbed Truck on The Eastbound Lanes of Route 40 in Mays Landing, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Jermaine Goines, 51, of Toms River, New Jersey, Dead in The Roadway. During the ensuing investigation, Police Officers learned that Mr. Goines was walking Eastbound on Route 40 when he was Struck and Killed by a Flatbed Truck, which then Fled the Scene.


     Thanks to a 911 Caller, Police were Provided a Description of The Truck and the Direction it Traveled following Hitting Mr. Goines. Police Officers were able to locate the Truck just Three Miles from the Crash. Officers determined that Mr. Schellinger was the Operator and sole Occupant of The Truck and was Taken into Custody.

TEANECK, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported, that following an investigation into allegations of The Sexual Assault of a Child, a 37-Year-Old Teaneck, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged with Multiple Sex Crimes Offenses.


     On Tuesday, December 19, 2023, Members of The Teaneck Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit after receiving a report that a Child had been Sexually Assaulted in Teaneck, New Jersey. An Investigation was initiated.


     After interviewing witnesses including the Child Victim, Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and The Teaneck Police Department determined that Victorino Romero, 37, of Teaneck, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Child in Teaneck, New Jersey.


     Accordingly, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, Mr. Romero was Taken into Custody at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus and Formally Charged with Two Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; One Count of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Three Counts of Third Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact.


     Mr. Romero was Processed on the Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court. If Convicted on all the Charges, Mr. Romero will face a Potential New Jersey State Prison Sentence of 25 Years to Life.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Today, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported, Following an Investigation, on Wednesday, December 20, 2023, Detectives of The Hudson County Homicide Unit Arrested a 16-Year-Old Jersey City Boy in connection with Last Friday's Night Fatal Stabbing of Naseer Munroe.


     Yesterday, The 16-Year-Old Boy was Taken into Custody at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus and Charged as a Juvenile with Murder; Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon. The Boy's Name is not being released due to that all Juvenile Matters remain confidential.


     The Charges stem from an incident, when on Friday, December 15, 2023, at around 9:00 P.M., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Stabbing in the area of Duncan Avenue and Wilmont Avenue in Jersey City. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Naseer Munroe, 18, of Jersey City, suffering from an apparent Stab Wound. 


     Mr. Munroe was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased shortly after 10:00 p.m.

FREEHOLD, NJ.- In an ultimate betrayal of public trust, a Wall Township Police Sergeant has Pleaded Guilty to Stealing more than $115,000. from his Local Police Benevolent Association Union Chapter, a Youth Football Nonprofit Organization, and Two Charitable Campaigns intended to aid in Breast Cancer Research and benefit the survivor of a Serious Brain Injury, according to Monmouth County Authorities.



     During a hearing on Wednesday, before The Honorable Christie Bevacqua, J.S.C., James R. Cadigan, 41, Admitted Guilt to Charges of Second and Third Degree Theft by Unlawful Taking.


     An investigation into Mr. Cadigan's activities was initiated last year by Members of The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Professional Responsibility & Bias Crime Bureau after recieving a referral from The Wall Township Police Benevolent Association, Local 234, which had discovered that a large amount of cash proceeds was missing following The PBA's Pignic, an annual summertime barbecue fundraiser. Sgt. Cadigan was solely responsible for orchestrating and running the event in 2022 and in preceding years. The PBA Local annually donates proceeds from the event to various charitable organizations.


     In addition to confirming a large amount of cash missing from the Pignic Proceeds, the investigation also uncovered that starting in 20218 and in each year thereafter, Cadigan made multiple unauthorized cash withdrawals from Multiple PBA Bank Accounts and wrote checks to himself and to cash from these accounts. It was further determined that Cadigan would make these withdrawals both while on and off duty, sometimes in regular clothing and other times in his Police Uniform.



     As the investigation continued, the investigation uncovered from February 2020 to November 2022, Cadigan in his capacity as President of The Wall Township American Youth Football, a nonprofit organization, Cadigan also used a debit card intended for purchases to benefit the organization to purchase around $20,000. worth of items for his own personal use.


     The investigation additionally revealed two occasions in which Cadigan represented that he was raising money for charitable purposes but then kept the money for himself. In the fall of 2020, Cadigan organized a Powderpuff Football Game involving Mothers The Wall American Youth Football players, raising approximately $3,000. for The Susan G. Komen Breast Cancer Foundation, but Cadigan never made the donation and instead kept the funds. Then in December 2021, Cadigan started a campaign to raise money for a friend who sustained a Life-Threatening Brain Aneurysm. Cadigan Stole around $3,000. of the funds, then stole the money from The PBA to pay the man back.


    At Wednesday's hearing, an order was finalized barring Cadigan from ever again holding Public Office in The State of New Jersey. Sentencing in the case has been Scheduled for Thursday, March 14, 2024, at which time The State intends to ask for a Sentence of Eight Years in New Jersey State Prison, with the possibility of a reduction to Five Years, contingent on Full Restitution of $91,500. to The PBA and $24,200. to The Wall American Youth Football, for a total of $115, 500.

FAIRVIEW, NJ.- Yesterday, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that following an investigation, a 35-Year-Old Union City, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, in connection with The Multiple Sexual Assaults of a Child that occurred in Fairview, New Jersey.


     According to The Prosecutor's Office, on Monday, December 4, 2023, The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit regarding allegations that a Child had been Sexually Assaulted in The Bergen County Area.


     An investigation was initiated by Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit in conjunction with The Fairview Police Department. After interviewing witnesses including the Child Victim, Detectives quickly determined that Cesar Ixcoy-Perez, 35, of Union City, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Child on Two Occasions in Fairview, New Jersey.


     Accordingly, as a result of the investigation, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, Mr. Ixcoy-Perez was Arrested at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with Two Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and One Count of Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. 


     Oxcoy-Perez was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- A 58-Year-Old Jersey City woman Tragically Lost her Life after being Struck by Multiple Vehicles late Tuesday Afternoon while crossing Route 440 in Jersey City, New Jersey, Hudson County Authorities continue to investigate.


     According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at around 5:20 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to Multiple 911 Emergency Calls reporting a Pedestrian being Struck at The Intersection of Route 440 and Danforth Avenue in Jersey City. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found the Lifeless Body of a woman, later identified as Billiah Mogusu, 58, of Jersey City, New Jersey, near The Intersection. Ms. Mogusu was pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later.


     The initial investigation by Investigators determined Ms. Mogusu had been Struck by Multiple Vehicles, many of which remained at the scene. The Initial Vehicle that First Struck Ms. Mogusu is believed to have Fled. 


     The Hudson County Regional Collision Investigation Unit is actively investigating this matter with assistance from The Jersey City Police Department. Anyone with information or who may have witnessed this Collision is asked to contact The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office at (201) 915-1345.

PISCATAWAY, NJ.- As Gun Violence continues across The State of New Jersey, Middlesex County Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding last night's Fatal Shooting of a 25-Year-Old Piscataway, New Jersey man, who was found Shot Multiple Times in a quiet Piscataway Neighborhood.


     According to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, at 11:30 p.m., Members of The Piscataway Township Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of Rock Avenue and West 4th Street in The Township.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Isaiah Benbow, 25, of Piscataway, New Jersey, suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Mr. Benbow was immediately transported to Robert Wood University Hospital, where despite Life-Saving Efforts Benbow succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made. HAZLET, NJ.- Monmouth County Law Enforcement Authorities are asking for The Public's Assistance in locating a 14-Year-Old who has been missing since leaving his home on Saturday Night, December 16, 2023.


     Damien Thompson, 14, left his Home located on Liberty Place between Hopkins and Woody Terraces in Hazlet, New Jersey, at just around 7:30 p.m. on Saturday. Since Saturday, Investigators have learned that Damien traveled to Manhattan, New York, possibly by Rail.



     Damien was last seen Wearing a Black Hooded Sweatshirt with a White Skeleton Design on The Upper Back and Left Side of The Upper Front, a Tan Shirt Underneath, Dark Colored Cargo Pants, and Sneakers. Damien is also known to Wear a Black Ski Mask. He stands approximately 5 Foot 8 Inches and Weighs Approximately 130 Pounds and has Short Cropped Hair, and has a Distinctive Small Scar Above his Left Eye.

Stephens, II, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, just minutes before 4:00 a.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting on The 300 Block of Broadway in Newark. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Antoine Alston, 39, of Newark, New Jersey unresponsive from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Mr. Alston was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later. 


     The investigation remains active and ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time. PLAINFIELD, NJ.- Union County Authorities are continuing to offer a reward leading to the Arrest and Indictment of the individual responsible for The Senseless Fatal Shooting of a 32-Year-Old Plainfield, New Jersey man, who was Gunned Down inside his Plainfield Restaurant back in December 2016.


     According to Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, on December 29, 2016, at 5:45 p.m., Members of The Plainfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting at The Seafood Rama located on The 1000 Block of East Second Street in The City of Plainfield.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Shamar Coleman, 32, of Plainfield, New Jersey suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds inside his Restaurant. 




     This month marks seven years since Mr. Coleman was Tragically Killed. The Union County Prosecutor's Office is re-releasing surveillance footage of a Person of Interest in the case and that is still being sought. The individual, who can be seen exiting and entering the passenger side of what appears to be a Small Volkswagon Sedan parked outside the restaurant around the time of the shooting, was wearing Bright Blue Pants, White Sneakers, a Dark Facial Covering, and a Hooded Sweatshirt that appears to be Black on the Bottom and Light Gray on Top.



     Union County Homicide Task Force Investigators are Actively Pursuing all Leads. EAST ORANGE, NJ.- The investigation continues into the Cause of an Early Friday Morning East Orange, New Jersey Crash that Tragically Claimed the Life of a 42-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey Woman.


     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on Friday, December 15, 2023, at around 4:15 a.m., Members of The East Orange Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Collision between a Motor Vehicle and an Electric Bike at the Intersection of Main and Grove Streets in East Orange.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Woman, later identified as Melody Regus, 42, of Newark, New Jersey in the roadway suffering from Life-Threatening Injuries. Ms. Regus was immediately transported to University Hospital in Newark where she succumbed to her injuries and was pronounced deceased shortly before 5:00 a.m.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing and as of yesterday, no arrests have been made. HACKENSACK, NJ.- Yesterday, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that following an investigation a 31-Year-Old Married Hackensack, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged on Friday with Sex Crimes for the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Child under the Age of Sixteen Years Old.


     On Friday, December 15, 2023, Members of The Hackensack Police Department contacted Detectives of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit regarding allegations of Sexual Assault of a Juvenile. 


     An investigation was initiated, after interviewing witnesses including the Victim, Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and The Hackensack Police Department determined that Hector Tangamasi-Shique, 31, of Hackensack, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted a Child Under the Age of Sixteen in Hackensack, New Jersey.


     At the conclusion of the investigation, on Friday, December 15, 2023, Mr. Tangamasi-Shique was Arrested at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, and Formally Charged with One Count of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Two Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Two Counts of Third Degree Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact.


     Mr. Tangamasi-Shigue was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.

CAMDEN, NJ.- Yesterday, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay reported that on Friday, December 15, 2023, a 38-Year-Old Camden, New Jersey man succumbs to the injuries he sustained after being Shot on a Camden Street in late November.


     On Monday, November 20, 2023, shortly after 9:00 p.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Person being Shot on Hunter Drive in Camden City. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Anthony Young, 38, of Camden City, New Jersey, suffering from an apparent Gunshot Wound.


     Mr. Young was immediately transported to Cooper University Hospital for treatment. Mr. Young remained in the hospital in Critical Condition until Friday, December 15, 2023, when he lost his fight to stay alive and was pronounced deceased at 1:25 p.m.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time.
