MORRISTOWN, NJ.- Today, October 31, 2022, Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll announced that on Friday, October 28, 2022, The Honorable Noah Franzblau sentenced Tajinder Tung, 61, of Stewartsville, New Jersey to a Term of 60 Days in The Morris County Correctional Facility as a condition of a Three Year Probationary Term.



     On September 22, 2022, Jury sitting in Morris County, New Jersey returned a Verdict finding Mr. Tung Guilty of Stalking a Mount Olive High School Student beginning in 2017, and continuing until 2019. Mr. Tung also forfeited his Public Employment as part of the sentencing order.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Today, October 31, 2022, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced that following an investigation by Members of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit, Freddy Salas, 60, of Bayonne, a School Security Guard for The Jersey City Public School System has been Arrested and Charged with Sexual Assault Offenses upon Two Children.


     Mr. Salas has been Charged with One Count of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Two Counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault by Contact; and Two Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.



     Mr. Salas is employed as a School Security Guard at The Jersey City Public School System, School No. 5. The Alleged Sexual Assaults did not involve any Students or on School District Property. Mr. Salas was Arrested Today in the area of Merseles and Fourth Streets in Jersey City. Salas was processed on the Charges and Remanded to The Hudson County Correctional Facility pending his First Appearance and potential Detention Hearing.


     Due to the nature of the crimes, no other information was was released in order to protect the identities of the victims.

Paterson Fatal Shooting

A SATURDAY MID MORNING SHOOTING IN PATERSON CLAIMS THE LIFE OF A THIRTY EIGHT YEAR OLD MAN

Paterson, NJ.- On Saturday, October 29, 2022, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Acting Paterson Police Chief Bert Riberio announced that Detectives are actively investigating the circumstance surrounding the Saturday mid morning Shooting that has claimed the life of a Paterson, New Jersey man.


     On Saturday, October 29, 2022, at approximately 9:26 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of Elm and Mill Streets in Paterson on a report of a Shooting.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 38-Year-Old Paterson man suffering from a Gunshot Wound. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center where he succumbed to his injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased a short time later.


     No Arrests have been made at this time. The investigation remains active and ongoing, more information may become available once released by authorities.

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ.- Police are searching for a suspect in connection with the early Saturday and Sunday Morning Sexual Assaults of two women that at occurred in a residence in The City.


     On Sunday night, October 30, 2022, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone and New Brunswick Police Director Anthony Caputo announced that with the assistance from Members of The Rutgers University Police Department, are actively investigating and searching for a Suspect in the Sexual Assaults of two women.


     The first incident occurred at approximately 3:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 29, 2022. The second incident unfolded at approximately 2:30 a.m. on Sunday, October 30, 2022. The assailant was able to gain entrance through an unlocked window of the residence.


     One of the victims was able to give Police a partial description of the assailant as a man approximately 5 Foot, 8 Inches in Height and was wearing a Yellow Hooded Sweatshirt.

Indictment In Road Rage Incident

LAKEWOOD MAN INDICTED ON CHARGES IN THE JUNE 2021 FATAL ROAD RAGE CRASH

     " Avrohom Pam, 20, Of Lakewood, New Jersey Has Been Indicted On Charges Of Death By Auto & Assault By Auto In Connection To Fatal Crash."

TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Friday, October 28, 2022, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that a Grand Jury sitting Ocean County, New Jersey has returned an Indictment against Avrohom Pam, 20, of Lakewood on Charges of Death by Auto and Assault by Auto in connection with the June 11, 2021, early evening Lakewood Township motor vehicle crash that Claimed the Life of Sean Avon, 26, of Brick Township, and Injured John Arendt, 73, of Brick Township.



     On June 11, 2021, at approximately 5:15 p.m., Members of The Lakewood Township Police Department responded to the area of Lanes Mills Road in The Township on a report of a serious motor crash. Upon arrival, Police Officers located a Three Vehicle Crash.


     A subsequent investigation conducted by Members of The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Vehicular Homicide Unit in conjunction with Detectives from The Lakewood Township Police Department and assistance from The Ocean County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene Unit determined that Mr. Pam had been operating a 2021 Ford Van in the far southbound right lane of Lanes Mills Road, when Mr. Pam struck a 2019 Honda CRV being operated by John Arendt, 73, of Brick. The force of the crash caused Mr. Arendt's vehicle into the northbound lanes of Lanes Mills Road where he struck a 2012 Ford Mustang being operated by Sean Avon.


     Mr. Avon sustained serious injuries and was immediately transported to Ocean Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased a short time later.


     Mr. Arendt was transported to Jersey Shore University Medical Center in Neptune, New Jersey where he was treated for his injuries and released. Mr. Pam did not require medical attention.


     Further investigation by authorities uncovered that Mr. Pam and Mr. Arendt were involved in a verbal altercation prior to the crash, and the altercation led to the crash.


     On June 12, 2021, Mr. Pam was Arrested and formally Charged, Pam was processed on the Offenses and lodged in The Ocean County Jail. Mr. Pam was released pursuant to The New Jersey Bail Reform Conditions.

Elmwood Park Man Charged

ELMWOOD PARK MAN FLEES POLICE DURING AN ARREST FOR DISTRIBUTION OF COCAINE

     " Dominick Nicolosi, Jr. Flees Police Trying To Arrest Him On Charges Of Narcotics Distribution By Driving His Car Down A Sidewalk."

ELMWOOD PARK, NJ.- On Friday, October 28, 2022, Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced that after a months long investigation, Dominick Nicolosi, Jr., 30, of Elmwood Park, New Jersey has been Arrested and Charged with Narcotics and Resisting Arrest by Eluding. The Arrest is a result of an investigation conducted by The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Narcotics Task Force under the direction of Chief Jason Love.


     An investigation by Members of The Narcotics Task Force revealed that Mr. Nicolosi during the months of September and October of 2022 had made multiple transactions for the sale of cocaine to an undercover Detective.


     On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, Members of The Bergen County Narcotics Task Force and The Bergen County Regional SWAT Team attempted to Arrest Mr. Nicolosi as he attempted to sell 200 Grams of Cocaine to the undercover Detective from his vehicle in Elmwood Park.


     As Police Officers attempted to block Nicolosi's vehicle and take him into custody, Mr. Nicolosi put his vehicle in gear, jumped a curb and fled down a sidewalk to evade arrest. Mr. Nicolosi was Arrested the following day.


    Mr. Nicolosi has been Charged with Second Degree Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Second Degree Resisting Arrest by Eluding; Second Degree Attempting to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance; Second Degree Conspiracy to Distribute a Controlled Dangerous Substance; and Third Degree Distribution of a Controlled Dangerous Substance.


     Mr. Nicolosi was processed on the Charges and remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending his first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.

San Francisco Violent Attack

U.S. HOUSE SPEAKER PELOSI'S HUSBAND VIOLENTLY ASSAULTED IN THEIR SAN FRANCISCO HOME

SAN FRANCISCO,CA.- In what appears to be an apparent home invasion, U.S. House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband was violently attacked early this morning in their San Francisco home, the Congresswoman's Spokesperson stated.


     " Early this morning, an assailant broke into the Pelosi residence in San Francisco and violently assaulted Mr. Pelosi," Spokesperson Drew Hammill stated, "the assailant is in custody and the motivation for the attack is under investigation."


     " Mr. Pelosi was taken to the hospital, where he is receiving excellent medical care and expected to make a full recovery," Hammill stated.


     The husband of Nancy Pelosi, has been assaulted with a hammer early this morning in their home in San Francisco during a home invasion by an attacker screaming "Where is Nancy, Where is Nancy."


     Paul Pelosi, 82, was able to call 911 before being struck in the head and body by the assailant.


     An attacker identified by authorities as David Dapape, Police said was shouting, "Where is Nancy, Where is Nancy," when Officers entered the house.

     San Francisco Police Chief William Scott said that David Dapape, 42, has been Charged with Attempted Murder, Assault with a Deadly Weapon, Elder Abuse, Burglary and Numerous other Felonies arising from the 2:27 a.m. incident.


     Chief Scott stated, Police responded to a 911 Wellbeing Check at the residence and found Mr. Dapape and Paul Pelosi struggling over a hammer. Police then witnessed Dapape pull the hammer from Pelosi and Violently Attack him, striking Pelosi several times.


     Police Officers then restrained Dapape, disarming him and took him into custody, while requesting backup and providing Mr. Pelosi with medical attention at the scene. The motive for the attack still remains under investigation.

Lacey Township Woman Detained

LACEY TOWNSHIP WOMAN DETAINED PENDING TRIAL IN CONNECTION TO DEATH OF HER SON

TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Thursday, October 27, 2022, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer announced that Natalie Sabie, 34, of Lacey Township, New Jersey shall remain detained pending the outcome of a trial in connection with the Fatal Fentanyl Overdose of her 2-Year-Old Son.


     On September 7, 2022, Members of The Lacey Township Police Department responded to a residence in The Township on a report of an unresponsive toddler. Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a 2-Year-Old Boy who appeared to be suffering from a medical emergency.


     Police Officers and Emergency Medical Personnel performed Life Saving  measures on the child, but were unsuccessful. The 2-Year-Old was transported to Community Medical Center in Toms River where the Child was pronounced deceased.



     An ensuing investigation and autopsy determined that Ms. Sabie was responsible for the care of the child and that the child somehow came in contact with narcotics. On October 12, 2022, Toxicology Analysis revealed that the child had substantial amounts of Fentanyl in his system, and the cause of death was due to Acute Fentanyl Intoxication.


     Two Days later on October 14, 2022, Ms. Sabie was taken into custody and Charged with One Count of Aggravated Manslaughter; Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child; and Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance specifically Fentanyl. 


     Ms. Sabie has been detained in The Ocean County Jail in Toms River, New Jersey since her Arrest, and will now remain Detained on the Charges pending the outcome of her upcoming trial.

TRENTON, NJ.- On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced a Trenton, New Jersey man has been Charged with the Sunday, October 9, 2022 Fatal Shooting of Daquan Brown in The City of Trenton.



     Mack Williams, 32, of Trenton has been Charged with One Count of First Degree Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Third Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.


     Mr. Williams was taken into custody on Monday, October 24, 2022 by Members of The U.S. Marshals NY/NJ Regional Fugitive Task Force with assistance from The Mercer County Sheriff's Office. Mr. Williams was processed on the Charges and remanded to The Mercer County Correctional Facility. The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office has filed a Pretrial Detention Motion to have Mr. Williams detained pending the outcome of a Trial.

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- On Tuesday, October 25, 2022, Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds announced that following an investigation into the Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material a 51-Year-Old Ventnor, New Jersey man has been taken into Custody on Charges of Distribution and Possession of Child Pornography.


     The Department of Homeland Security Investigations received a referral of inappropriate content of Images of Prepubescent and Pubescent Children being distributed on a Peer-To-Peer File Sharing Platform.



     A Joint investigation conducted by Department of Homeland Security Investigation in conjunction with The Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force were able to identify Michael Heiler as the individual who was Distributing the images of Child Exploitation.


     Mr. Heiler was taken into custody without incident and Charged with Second Degree Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material; and Third Degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material. Mr. Heiler was processed and remanded to The Atlantic County Justice Facility pending a potential detention hearing.

PERTH AMBOY, NJ.- On Wednesday, October 26, 2022, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone announced a Campaign Staffer for City Council Candidate Jeanette Rios has been Arrested and Charged with Bribery in an Election Fraud Scheme.


     According to The Prosecutor's Office, during the week of October 17, 2022 Detectives from The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office and The Perth Amboy Police Department received a tip that a Campaign Worker, Ana Camilo, 62, of Perth Amboy was canvassing a Perth Amboy Neighborhood and offering to complete mail-in Ballots in exchange for Gift Cards.


     Detectives initiated an investigation where a Detective, posing as a Perth Amboy Resident and Voter met with Ms. Camilo. It was determined that Ms. Camilo a Campaign Staffer for City Council Candidate Jeanette Rios, filled out the Mail-In Ballot for the undercover Detective and, in exchange, gave the Detective a $20.00 Shoprite Gift Card.


     Ms. Camilo was immediately Arrested after the meeting and was found to be in possession of the Mail-In Ballot. Ms. Camilo was Charged with Third Degree Bribery in an Official or Political Capacity. She was released on a summons the same day.

Hackettstown Man Charged With Sexual Assault

56 YEAR OLD HACKETTSTOWN MAN CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH THE SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A 7 YEAR OLD

     " Victor Torres, 56, Of Hackettstown, New Jersey Has Been Charged In Connection With The Multiple Sexual Assaults Of A 7-Year-Old Girl."

HACKETTSTOWN, NJ.- Today, October 25, 2022, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer announced following an investigation by The Warren County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit and Detectives from The Hackettstown Police Department has resulted in the Arrest of 56-Year-Old Hackettstown man for the Alleged Sexual Assault of a 7-Year-Old Girl.


     On October 14, 2022, Members of The Hackettstown Police Department notified The Special Victims Unit from The Warren County Prosecutor's Office in regards to a report that a 7-Year-Old Girl had been Sexually Assaulted.


     A joint investigation was initiated by Detectives and it was determined that Victor Torres, 56, of Hackettstown had access to the Child and Sexually Assaulted the Girl on numerous occasions.


     As a result of the investigation, Mr. Torres was taken into Custody and Charged with Three Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; Two Counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault; and One Count of Third Degree Endangering The Welfare of a Child.


     Mr. Torres is currently lodged in The Warren County Jail. Mr. Torres is scheduled for a Detention Hearing on October 28, 2022 in Warren County State Superior Court. 


     If Convicted on The Charges, Mr. Torres will face the potential of Life in New Jersey State Prison.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Today, October 25, 2022, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced that on Friday, October 21, 2022, The Honorable Vincent J. Militello, J.S.C. Sentenced Thaddues Williams, 39, of East Orange, New Jersey to Twenty Years in New Jersey State Prison for December, 2020 Shooting Death of Aieshia McFadden.



     Mr. Williams had previously Pled Guilty to One Count of Aggravated Manslaughter back on July 26, 2022 in Hudson County State Superior Court for The Shooting Death.


     On Friday, December 4, 2022, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to Reports of Shots Fired in the area of 217-219 Martin Luther King Boulevard.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found an unresponsive woman, Later identified as Aieshia McFadden, 36, of Jersey City suffering from a Gunshot Wound to her Chest. Ms. McFadden was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center where she succumbed to her injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased at 9:10 p.m.

TRENTON, NJ.- On Monday, October 24, 2022, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced that Detectives from The Mercer County Homicide Task Force are continuing investigate the Suspicious Death of a 57-Year-Old Trenton, New Jersey man who was found deceased inside a Trenton home after Firefighters extinguished an Early Monday Morning Fire.


     On Monday, October 24, 2022, just after midnight, Members of The Trenton Fire Department responded to a residence located in The First Block of Summer Street in The City on a report of a House Fire.


     Upon arrival, Firefighters discovered a structure fire inside the home. Upon extinguishing the Fire, Firefighters discovered the body of a deceased man, later identified as Brian Wharton, 57, on the first floor of the home. Mr. Wharton had been staying at the residence.


     Detectives from The Mercer County Homicide Homicide Task Force and The Trenton Police Department are continuing their Investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Fire and The Cause and Manner of Death of Mr. Wharton.

Fatal Hit And Run Investigation

OCEAN COUNTY AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE AN EARLY SUNDAY MORNING HIT AND RUN

TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Sunday, October 23, 2022, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer and Toms River Township Police Chief Mitch Little announced that Detectives are actively investigating a Fatal Hit and Run Accident that has claimed the life of a 28-Year-Old Woman.


     On Sunday, October 23, 2022, at approximately 2:10 a.m., Members of The Toms River Township Police responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Route 70 on a report of a Pedestrian being Struck by a Vehicle.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers located a 28-Year-Old woman lying in the roadway having sustained serious injuries. Emergency Medical Service Personnel immediately performed lifesaving measures. Medics were able to regain a pulse and the woman was immediately rushed to Southern Monmouth Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased.


     According to a witness, the vehicle is a Dark Colored 2003-2009 Ford Explorer. The Explorer sustained significant damage to the front passenger side including an inoperable headlight and major hood damage. The witness further observed the Driver of the Explorer after striking the woman, the Driver Exited the Explorer looked at the woman and then fled the scene leaving the woman lying in the roadway.


     The Driver has  been described as a White Male, Tall with a Thin Build, having Blonde or Reddish Hair.

Missing Princeton Student Found Dead

PRINCETON, NJ.- On Thursday, October 20, 2022, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced that on Thursday, October 20, 2022, at approximately 1:00 p.m., Authorities located the deceased body of Princeton University Student Misrach Ewunetie, 20, who has been missing since the early morning hours of Friday, October 14, 2022 after attending an event.



     Ms. Ewunetie's body was discovered outside on The Facilities Grounds behind the tennis courts by a Facilities Employee this afternoon. An Autopsy will be performed by The Middlesex County Medical Examiner's Office to determine the manner and cause of death. 


     However there were no obvious signs of injury and the death does not appear suspicious or criminal in nature.



     Ms. Ewunetie was last seen near Scully Hall Dorm Building on Friday, October 14, 2022, at around 3:00 a.m.

Wall Township Couple Charged

WALL TOWNSHIP COUPLE CHARGED AFTER THEIR TODDLER OVERDOSED ON NARCOTICS

FREEHOLD, NJ.- In another case of the opioid tragedy plaguing The Country. On Wednesday, October 19, 2022, Acting Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago announced that a Wall Township, New Jersey couple have been Charged with Child Endangerment Offenses after their toddler overdosed on suspected Opioids in the Family Home Monday, October 17, 2022.


     Sharek White, 46 and Alexis Mistretta, 37, of Wall Township have each been Charged with One Count Second Degree Endangering The Welfare of a Child.


     On Monday Night, October 17, 2022, Members of The Wall Township Police Department responded to a residence located on The 1100 Block of 17th Avenue on a report of a suspected Overdose.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered an unresponsive girl just under the age of two, with Lifesaving efforts already being performed on the toddler. The Girl was immediately transported to a local hospital, where she is recovering and being monitored.


     A preliminary investigation determined that the girl had been playing with items that had been contaminated with Opioid Narcotics.

Man Charged In Passaic Stabbing

19 YEAR OLD CHARGED IN CONNECTION TO THE OCTOBER 9, 2022 FATAL STABBING IN PASSAIC

     " John Martinez Has Been Charged With Murder For The Fatal Stabbing Of  A 16-Year-Old Passaic Teen During An Altercation."

PASSAIC, NJ.- On Tuesday, October 11, 2022, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced at the conclusion of an investigation conducted by Members of The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office in conjunction with Detectives from The Passaic Police Department, John E. Martinez, 19, of Passaic, New Jersey has been Arrested and Charged in Connection to the early Sunday morning Fatal Stabbing in the area of Kreuger Place and Popular Street.


     Mr. Martinez has been Charged with First Degree Murder; Third Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Fourth Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.


     On Sunday, October 9, 2022, at approximately 1:18 a.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of Kreuger Place and Popular Street in Passaic on a report of a Stabbing.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 16-Year-Old Boy and a 17-Year-Old Boy, both from Passaic that had been Stabbed during a fight. The 16-Year-Old was pronounced deceased at the scene. The 17-Year-Old was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. 


     The subsequent investigation determined that Mr. Martinez was the assailant and the individual responsible for the Stabbing Death of the 16-Year-Old. Mr. Martinez was taken into Custody on Monday, October 10, 2022, in the area of Grove Street and Broadway in Passaic. 


     Mr. Martinez is currently lodged in The Passaic County Jail. The Passaic County Prosecutor's Office will file a Pretrial Detention Motion to have Mr. Martinez detained pending the resolution of the Charges against him.

TRENTON, NJ.- On Monday, October 10, 2022, Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and Members of The Trenton Police Department are continuing their investigation into the Shooting Death of a Trenton man.


     On Sunday, October 9, 2022, at approximately 3:10 p.m., Members of The Trenton Police Department responded to a Multiple Shotspotter Activation located in The First Block of Ewing Avenue in Trenton.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found an adult man, later identified as Daquan Brown, 33, of Trenton, New Jersey lying on the ground in Kersey Ally suffering from a Gunshot Wound to his shoulder. Mr. Brown was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injury and was subsequently pronounced deceased.

PATERSON, NJ.- On Thursday, October 6, 2022, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Acting Paterson Police Chief Bert Ribeiro announced that yesterday at approximately 5:22 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department were notified by Hospital Personnel that a 29-Year-Old Paterson man had arrived a Saint Joseph's University Medical Center seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.


     Based on the initial investigation, the man was shot in the area of Clinton and North 6th Streets in Paterson. Police Officers located a potential crime scene in the area.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by authorities.

Phillipsburg Man Charged

PHILLIPSBURG MAN CHARGED AFTER THE CULMINATION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY INVESTIGATION

     " Zachary Danner Charged With Second Degree & Third Degree Endangering The Welfare Of A Child For Possession & Distribution Of Child Pornography."

BELVIDERE, NJ.- On Thursday, October 6, 2022, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer announced that at the conclusion of an investigation into the Possession and Distribution of Child Pornography, a 23-Year-Old Lopatcong Township man has been Arrested and Charged with Multiple Counts of Child Endangerment.


     Back in July of 2022, a File Sharing Application Dropbox reported to The National Center for Missing Children that a user on their platform was allegedly Uploading Images depicting the Sexual Exploitation of Children alerted The Warren County Prosecutor's Office, which initiated a extensive investigation.


     The investigation was able to locate a suspect, later identified as Zachary Danner, 23, of Lopatcong Township, New Jersey. Detectives obtained a Court Authorized Communication Data Warrant in order to view the contents of the Dropbox Account. During the search, Detectives discovered images of Child Sexual Abuse Material. 


     On Wednesday, October 5, 2022, Detectives executed another Court Authorized Search Warrant at the home of Mr. Danner in which Mr. Danner was Arrested without incident.


     Mr. Danner was Formally Charged with Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for Reproducing Images of Child Sexual Abuse Material; Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for Possession with the Intent to Distribute Child Sexual Abuse Material; Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for the Distribution of Child Sexual Abuse Material; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child for the Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.


      Mr. Danner was processed on the Offenses and remanded, pending his First Appearance in Warren County State Superior Court. If Convicted, Mr. Danner will be exposed to a New Jersey State Prison Sentence of Ten Years and will be required to Register as a Sex Offender pursuant to Megan's Law Requirements.
