BREAKING: Newark, New Jersey Homicide Investigation Underway

39-YEAR-OLD NEWARK MAN DIES AFTER BEING GUNNED DOWN EARLY TODAY ON A NEWARK STREET

     "Essex County Authorities Are Continuing To Investigate The Early Morning Shooting Death Of Antonie Alston."

NEWARK, NJ.- A 39-Year-Old Newark, New Jersey man becomes the latest victim of the Endless Gun Violence that continues to Plague the Streets of New Jersey's Major Cities, after being Gunned Down Early Tuesday Morning in Newark, New Jersey.

     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on Tuesday, December 19, 2023, just minutes before 4:00 a.m., Members of The Newark Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting on The 300 Block of Broadway in Newark. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Antoine Alston, 39, of Newark, New Jersey unresponsive from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Mr. Alston was subsequently pronounced deceased at the scene a short time later. 

     The investigation remains active and ongoing, and no arrests have been made at this time.
