BREAKING: Paterson, New Jersey Shooting Investigation Continues

45-YEAR-OLD PATERSON MAN SPENDS CHRISTMAS IN THE HOSPITAL AFTER BEING STRUCK BY GUNFIRE EARLY YESTERDAY MORNING

     "Passaic County Authorities Are Searching For A Suspect Who Shot A Man Multiple Times On A Paterson Street Early Christmas Morning."

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Authorities are continuing the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the Shooting of a 45-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man who remains Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire Multiple Times early Christmas Morning on a Paterson, New Jersey Street.

     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Monday, December 25, 2023, at approximately 2:42 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call in the area of Madison and Monroe Streets in The City of Paterson on a report of Multiple Shots Fired.

     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Shell Casings but were unable to locate a Victim. While on Scene, Police Officers were notified that a 45-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man had arrived at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center seeking treatment for Multiple Gunshot Wounds. The man's medical condition is not known at this time.

     The investigation remains active and ongoing.
