PASSAIC COUNTY AUTHORITIES CONTINUE TO INVESTIGATE A MONDAY AFTERNOON SHOOTING

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives are continuing their investigation into the circumstance surrounding a Shooting on Monday Afternoon that left a 21-Year-Old Passaic, New Jersey man hospitalized.
On Monday, May 1, 2023, at approximately 4:10 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to the area of State Street and Aspen Place in Passaic on a report of Shots Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a potential Crime Scene but were unable to find a victim.
A Short time later, Police Officers were notified that a 21-Year-Old Passaic Man had arrived at Saint Mary's Hospital in Passaic seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made at this time. More information may become available once released by Authorities.
