BREAKING: Paterson, New Jersey Shooting Investigation

TEEN STRUCK BY GUNFIRE LAST NIGHT IN PATERSON, NEW JERSEY

     " Passaic County Authorities Are Investigation A Shooting Last Night That Left A Teen Hospitalized."

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that Detectives continue to investigate a Shooting that occurred last night in Paterson, New Jersey that has left a Teen hospitalized.

     On Wednesday, May 11, 2023, at approximately 8:05 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of 10th and Clinton Streets in Paterson, New Jersey on a report of Shots being Fired. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Teen suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.

     The Teen was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. The Teen's condition was not available at this time.

     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No Arrests have been made and Police Officers were able to locate a Crime Scene at the location. More information may become available once released by Authorities.
