VINELAND MAN REMAINS ON THE RUN FOR THE FATAL SHOOTING OF A 35-YEAR-OLD MAN

VINELAND, NJ.- A 31-Year-Old Vineland, New Jersey man remains on The Run after being Charged in connection with The Early Saturday Morning Shooting of Dashon Lee, 35, of Vineland, New Jersey in The Parking Lot of a Vineland Apartment Complex.
On Saturday, March 9, 2024, shortly around 12:30 a.m., Members of The Vineland Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting at The Asselta Acres Apartments located at Axtell Avenue in Vineland.
Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a man, identified as Dashon Lee, 35, of Vineland, New Jersey on the ground in The Parking Lot of The Complex suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Mr. Lee was immediately transported to Inspira Medical Center where he sadly succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.
A Swift-Moving Investigation by Members of The Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office in conjunction with Detectives of The Vineland Police Department were quickly able to identify Angel A. Aguero, 31, of Vineland, New Jersey as The Shooter and The Individual Responsible for The Death of Mr. Lee.
Accordingly, a Criminal Complaint Warrant has been issued Charging Aguero with One Count of First Degree Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
According to Cumberland County Authorities, Mr. Aguero is still at large Cumberland County Authorities and The U.S. Marshals Service are Actively Searching for his Whereabouts. Aguero should be considered Armed and Dangerous and Should Not Be Approached.
