TWO OVERNIGHT PATERSON SHOOTINGS HAVE INJURED A 28-YEAR-OLD MAN AND A JUVENILE

PATERSON, NJ.- A 28-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man and a 17-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey Juvenile were Hospitalized after Gunfire Erupted in Two Separate Paterson, New Jersey Shootings.
According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Wednesday, March 6, 2024, shortly before 6:30 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of Broadway and Main Street in The City of Paterson.
Upon arrival, Police Officers located a 28-Year-Old Paterson man suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment.
Then shortly before 1:30 a.m., The Paterson Police Department was notified that a 17-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey Juvenile had arrived at Hackensack University Medical Center in Hackensack, New Jersey, after being Struck by a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. The preliminary investigation determined that the Teen was Struck by Gunfire in the area of Montclair Avenue and Paxton Street in The City of Paterson.
The investigations into both Shootings remain active and ongoing. No arrests have been made as Passaic County Authorities continue to Search for Suspects in both Shootings.
