MOUNT HOLLY, NJ.- A 50-Year-Old Riverton Borough, New Jersey man discovered that he will be 71-Years-Old when he is released from New Jersey State Prison after being Sentenced to a Term of 21-Years in Prison for Sexually Assaulting Multiple Juveniles.
According to The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office, After being Charged with Multiple Sex Crimes against Minors, Ian Forrester, 50, of Riverton Borough, New Jersey, Pleaded Guilty in August 2023, to First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
On February 28, 2024, during a brief Court Hearing in Burlington County Superior Court, The Honorable Philip E. Haines, J.S.C., Sentenced Forrester to a Term of 21-Years in New Jersey State Prison. Judge Haines ordered that Forrester must Serve the Entire 21-Years before becoming eligible for release.
The Assaults occurred several years ago on more than one Juvenile. The names and ages of the victims are being withheld to protect their identities.
