36-YEAR-OLD NEW MILFORD PAROLEE CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

NEW MILFORD, NJ.- Following an investigation, on Wednesday, a 36-Year-Old New Milford, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged with Second Degree Child Pornography.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Thursday, January 11, 2024, Parole Officers from The New Jersey State Parole Board contacted Detectives of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Cyber Crimes Unit in regards to a Parolee who had Violated the Terms and Conditions of his release for allegedly Possessing Child Pornography.
A subsequent investigation was launched by The Bergen County Cyber Crimes Unit. Following the Execution of a Court Authorized Search Warrant of The Electronic Devices of Brian Driscoll, 36, of New Milford, New Jersey, Detectives uncovered that Mr. Driscoll used The Internet to View, Download, and Possess 1,102 Digital Images Depicting Nude and Sexual Explicit Children.
Accordingly, on Wednesday, March 27, 2024, Mr. Driscoll was Taken into Custody at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and was Formally Charged by Detectives with One Count of Second Degree Possession of Child Pornography.
Driscoll was Processed on The Charge and was Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
