MILLVILLE, NJ.- On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, a 32-Year-Old Millville, New Jersey man was Sentenced to State Prison for Sexually Assaulting a Preteen Girl back in 2019 and 2020 in Millville, New Jersey.
According to Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae, on May 25, 2023, a Jury sitting in Cumberland County, New Jersey found Justin Kuhl, 32, of Millville, New Jersey Guilty on Two Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Two Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
The Charges and Conviction stem from Several Incidents that occurred between January 1, 2019, through September 11, 2020, in Millville, New Jersey. Between those Dates, Kuhl Sexually Assaulted a Girl Under the Age of 13 Years Old, resulting in The Child Becoming Pregnant.
On Wednesday, March 27, 2024, The Honorable Cristen P. D' Arrigo, Judge of The Cumberland Superior Court Sentenced Kuhl to an Aggregate Term of 40 Years in New Jersey State Prison. Kuhl will be Required to Serve Eighty-Five Percent of His Custodial Term before becoming Eligible for Parole. Kuhl will also be subject to Parole Supervision for Life and will be required to Register as a Sex Offender under Megan's Law Requirements.
