Atlantic City, New Jersey Man Sentenced To Prison For Sexual Assault Of A Minor

45-YEAR-OLD ATLANTIC CITY MAN SENTENCED TO NINE YEARS FOR SEXUALLY ASSAULTING A CHILD

     "Andreas Andreadis Will Spend The Next 9 Years In State Prison For Sexually Assaulting An 8-Year-Old Girl In 2019."

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- On Thursday, February 29, 2024, during a Hearing in Atlantic County Superior Court, Andreas Andreadis, 45, of Atlantic City, New Jersey, was Sentenced to a Term of Nine Years in New Jersey State Prison for The 2019 Sexual Assault of an Eight-Year-Old Girl while she was Sleeping in her Bedroom, Atlantic County Authorities reported.



     The Sentence is Pursuant to The No Early Release Act, which will require Andreadis to Serve Eighty-Five Percent of his Custodial Sentence before becoming Eligible for Parole. Upon release from Prison, Andreadis will be Placed on Parole Supervision for Life and will be Required to Register as a Sex Offender, under Megan's Law Requirements.


     Following a Trial in Atlantic County Superior Court, on September 29, 2023, a Jury Returned Guilty Verdicts against Andreadis on The Charges of Second Degree Sexual Assault; Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Sexual Conduct; and Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child by Abuse.


     The Jury found that Andreadis, during the Evening Hours on September 15, 2019, Climbed into The Bedroom Window of the then Eight-Year-Old Girl and Fondled her Vagina while she was in Bed Sleeping.
