PALISADES PARK, NJ.- A 37-Year-Old Palisades Park, New Jersey man, who is employed as a Massage Therapist at a Local Palisades Park Spa and Sauna was Taken into Custody on Tuesday and Charged with Engaging in Sexual Activity with a Client while giving a Massage.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, The Palisades Park Police Department received a report that Young Uk Hu, 37, of Palisades Park, New Jersey engaged in Sexual Activity with a Client while giving a Massage at The King Spa and Sauna in Palisades Park, New Jersey.
An Investigation into the Allegations was initiated by Members of The Palisades Police Department and The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit. After interviewing Witnesses, including the Victim, Detectives determined that there was evidence that a Crime had been Committed.
Accordingly, Following the Investigation, on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, Young Uk Hu was Taken into Custody and Formally Charged with Three Counts of Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Fourth Degree of Criminal Sexual Contact.
Mr. Uk Hu was Processed on The Charges and was Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
