EWING MAN CHARGED AND OVER $250,000 IN NARCOTICS SEIZED IN NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION

EWING, NJ.- Following a Two-Month Narcotics Investigation by Multiple Law Enforcement Agencies into Narcotics Distribution in Ewing Township, New Jersey, a 34-Year-Old Ewing, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody on Tuesday, January 30, 2024, and Charged with Multiple Narcotics and Weapons Offenses.
According to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri, following the investigation, Terrance Young, 34, of Ewing, New Jersey was Arrested on Tuesday by Members of The Mercer County Narcotics Task Force, with assistance from The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration, The Mercer County Sheriff's Office, and The Ewing, Hamilton, and Trenton Police Departments. After Executing a Court-Authorized Search Warrant on Mr. Young's Perry Drive Home, Detectives also Executed a Search Warrant at a Public Storage Facility on Quaker Bridge Road in Hamilton Township. Inside Mr. Young's Unit Detectives found 790 Grams of Powder Cocaine, 110 Grams of Heroin, 50 Bricks of Heroin Packaged for Sale, 50 Grams of Fentanyl, and Narcotics Paraphernalia, including a Hydraulic Press, Digital Scale, and Packaging Materials.
During the investigation, a Second Storage Unit being used by Mr. Young was identified. Detectives Executed another Court-Authorized Search Warrant on The Unit located on Parkside Avenue in Ewing Township. During that Search, Detectives found approximately 1,200 Grams of Heroin, 400 Grams of Cocaine, 50 Grams of Methamphetamine, 50 Grams of Fentanyl, 28 Ecstasy Pills, Four Handguns, an Assault Weapon, Six High-Capacity Magazines, a Hydraulic Press, and Drug Packaging Materials.
Accordingly, after being Taken into Custody on Tuesday, Mr. Young was Formally Charged with 38 Narcotics and Weapons Offenses. After being Processed on The Charges, Mr. Young was Remanded to The Mercer County Correctional Center, pending Future Court Proceedings in Mercer County Superior Court.
