HACKENSACK, NJ.- Following a Swift-Moving Investigation into The Abuse of a Child, a 28-Year-Old Hackensack, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody on Friday, January 5, 2024, and Charged in connection with Abusing a Child under The Age of Thirteen.
According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Friday, January 5, 2024, The New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit regarding the Alleged Abuse of a Child.
An Investigation by Members of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and The Hackensack Police Department quickly determined that Reynaldo Ariel Tarquino, 28, of Hackensack, New Jersey Abused a Child who was under the Age of 13, in Hackensack and New Milford, New Jersey.
Accordingly, Mr. Tarquino was Taken into Custody on Friday, January 5, 2024, at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and was Formally Charged with Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Tarquino was Processed on The Charge and was Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
