BREAKING: Dover, New Jersey Man Charged With Child Pornography

37-YEAR-OLD DOVER MAN CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

     "Richard Ferrarie-Lofredo Has Been Charged With Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography."

DOVER, NJ.- Following an investigation, a 37-Year-Old Dover, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody on January 12, 2024, and Charged for Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material.

     Richard Ferrarie-Lofredo, 37, of Dover, New Jersey was Formally Charged with One Count of Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. 

     According to Morris County Prosecutor Robert J. Carroll, the investigation began after Authorities received a CyberTip from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children referencing Media Files, allegedly Depicting the Sexual Exploitation or Abuse of Minors. The Media Files were allegedly Uploaded to The Social Media Platform, Reddit. Further, it is alleged that Mr. Ferrarie-Lofredo Possessed Additional Digital Images of Child Sexual Abuse Material on Electronic Devices.

     Following his Arrest, Ferrarie-Lofredo was Processed on The Charge and Released on Pretrial Conditions that included Monitoring and no Internet Usage.
