WALDWICK, NJ.- According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, that following an investigation a 37-Year-Old Waldwick, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody and Charged in connection with the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Teen Child.

     On Wednesday, November 29, 2023, Members of The Waldwick Police Department contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit regarding the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Teen. an investigation was initiated, after interviewing witnesses including the Child Victim,  Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit, and The Waldwick Police Department determined that Ryan Malillo, 37, of Waldwick, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Child who was between the ages of Thirteen and Sixteen in Waldwick, New Jersey.

     Accordingly, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, Mr. Malillo was Taken into Custody at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office and Formally Charged with Two Counts of First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

     Mr. Malillo was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court.
