PERTH AMBOY, NJ.- Following an investigation, A 56-Year-Old Carpentry Teacher at The Middlesex County Perth Amboy Magnet School surrendered to Middlesex County Authorities and was Charged with Inappropriately Touching Two Juvenile Students.
An investigation by Members of The Perth Amboy Police Department and The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit revealed that Edward White, 56, of Tinton Falls, New Jersey, inappropriately Touched Two Students on Two Separate Occasions while Teaching a Carpentry Class at a Perth Amboy School.
On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, Mr. White surrendered to The Perth Amboy Police Department and was Formally Charged with Two Counts of Fourth Degree Criminal Sexual Contact; and Two Counts of Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Mr. White was Processed on The Charges and was Remanded to The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending Future Court Proceedings.
