BREAKING: Two Men Charged For Robbing Cherry Hill, New Jersey PNC Bank

GLOUCESTER COUNTY MAN AND BURLINGTON COUNTY MAN CHARGED IN TUESDAY'S PNC BANK ROBBERY

     "Admir Hoornaert & Cory Amerman Were Charged With Robbery In Connection With Tuesday's PNC Bank Robbery In Cherry Hill, New Jersey."

CHERRY HILL, NJ.- Yesterday, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. Mac Aulay reported that a Gloucester County, New Jersey Man and a Burlington County, New Jersey Man remain in Custody after being Charged in connection with the Tuesday Afternoon PNC Bank Robbery in Cherry Hill, New Jersey.


     On Tuesday, December 12, 2023, at approximately 2:40 p.m., a man, later identified as Cory Amerman, 32, of Marlton, New Jersey, walked into The PNC Bank located at 803 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Amerman then Passed a Note to a Bank Teller Demanding Money. The Teller complied with Amerman's Demand and gave him Money at which time he Fled the Bank.


     During the ensuing investigation, later in the day, Detectives of The Cherry Hill Police Department and The Camden County Police Department were able to locate Amerman and Admir Hoornaert, 48, of Glassboro, New Jersey, near the intersection of 10th and Market Streets in Camden, New Jersey. Amerman attempted to Flee and was Apprehended.


     Following being apprehended on Tuesday, December 12, 2023, Cory Amerman was Formally Charged with First Degree Robbery and is currently in Custody at The Camden County Correctional Facility.


     On Wednesday, December 13, 2023, Hoornaert was Formally Charged with First Degree Robbery; Third Degree Receiving Stolen Property; Third Degree Possession of a Controlled Dangerous Substance; and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Hoornaert remains Detained at The Camden County Correctional Facility.
