BREAKING: Stewartsville, New Jersey Woman Charged With Narcotics Offenses

37-YEAR-OLD STEWARTSVIILE WOMAN CHARGED AFTER POLICE OFFICERS FIND A CACHE OF ILLICIT DRUGS IN HER CAR

     "Jennifer Crane Has Been Charged With Multiple Second & Third Degree Narcotics Offenses."

PHILLIPSBURG, NJ.- Last month, following a Traffic Stop for Failing to Signal while Turning, a 37-Year-Old Stewartsville, New Jersey woman was Arrested and Charged with Multiple Second and Third Degree Illicit Narcotics Offenses.


     According to Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, Members of The Phillipsburg Police Department conducted a Traffic Stop on Jennifer Crane, 37, of Stewartsville, after Officers observed her Car having Tinted Windows and Failing to Signal while Turning. 


     After providing Motor Vehicle Documentation to Police Officers, it was determined that Ms. Crane was Operating a Motor Vehicle while her Driver's License was Suspended. During her Arrest for Driving While Suspended, Police Officers discovered Cocaine and Methamphetamine on her person. 


     After discovering the Narcotics, Police Officers Obtained a Court Authorized Search Warrant for Ms. Cranes Vehicle. While Searching the Vehicle Officers uncovered over One Ounce of Methamphetamine, around One Half an Ounce of Cocaine, 132 Pills believed to Contain Fentanyl, and 43 Pills of Ecstasy. In addition to the Narcotics Police Officers found $3,084 in Cash, believed to come from Narcotics Sales.


     Accordingly, Ms. Crane was Formally Charged With Second Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine; Second Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Ecstasy; Third Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Cocaine; and Third Degree Possession with Intent to Distribute Fentanyl. Ms. Crane was Processed on The Charges pending Future Court Proceedings.
