BREAKING: South River, New Jersey Man Charged With The Sexual Assault Of A Child

SOUTH RIVER MAN CHARGED IN CONNECTION WITH THE RAPE OF A PRETEEN TWENTY-TWO YEARS AGO

     "Robert L. Wisiak Has Been Charged With The Multiple Aggravated Sexual Assaults Of A Preteen That Occurred In 1999 Through 2021."

KEANSBURG, NJ.- A Former Keansburg, New Jersey man has been  Charged for The Multiple Sexual Assaults of a Preteen that took place over Twenty Years Ago, when he was Twenty-Two Years Old.

     According to Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago, on Friday, October 20, 2023, Robert L. Wisiak, 44, of South River, New Jersey, was Taken into Custody by Members of The Keansburg Police Department and Formally Charged with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Minor; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. 

     An investigation uncovered that The Sexual Assaults between Mr. Wisiak and The Child, who was Under the Age of Thirteen at the time and took place on Multiple Occasions between the Years of 1999 and 2001 in Keansburg, New Jersey.

     The investigation remains active and ongoing.      If Convicted on The Charges, Mr. Wisiak will face up to 20 Years in New Jersey State Prison, be Subject to Megan's Law Registration Requirements, and be under Parole Supervision for Life.
