AN APPARENT DOMESTIC DISPUTE ENDS WITH ONE DEAD AND AN EX-BOYFRIEND JAILED

FORDS, NJ.- A 46-Year-Old Keansburg, New Jersey man has been Charged in connection with The Beating Death of his Ex-Girlfriend after Woodbridge Township Police Officers found her Dead inside her Paul Street Home on Wednesday Afternoon.
According to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, on Wednesday, November 29, 2023, at around 4:49 p.m., Members of The Woodbridge Township Police Department responded to a request for a Welfare Check at a Residence on Paul Street in the Fords Section of The Township.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found April Duncza, 39, of Fords, New Jersey, Dead from Serious Head Trauma. Ms. Duncza was subsequently pronounced deceased.
An ensuing investigation by Detective Eric Manresa of The Woodbridge Township Police Department and Detective Javier Morillo of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office were quickly able to identify Kevin Bacon, 46, of Keansburg, New Jersey, who is the Ex-Boyfriend of Ms. Duncza and had been in a prior relationship with her as a Suspect and the individual responsible for The Beating Death of Ms. Duncza.
Accordingly, on Thursday, November 30, 2023, Mr. Bacon was Arrested without incident and Formally Charged with One Count of First Degree Murder. Bacon was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending Future Court Proceedings.
