ASBURY PARK, NJ.- Today, Monmouth County Prosecutor Raymond S. Santiago reported that a 28-Year-Old Asbury Park, New Jersey man has Pleaded Guilty to Distribution in connection with the Sale of Narcotics to an Undercover Police Officer on Multiple Occasions.


     On Monday, November 6, 2023, Tyheim McGhee, 28, of Asbury Park, New Jersey, Pleaded Guilty to Distribution of over a Half Ounce of Cocaine and Possession of over Five Ounces of Cocaine with the Intent to Distribute. The Guilty Plea was entered in Monmouth County Superior Court, before The Honorable Jill O'Malley, J.S.C. In Return for his Plea, Mr. McGhee will Face a New Jersey State Prison Sentence of 12-Years when he is Sentenced on January 26, 2024.


     The Guilty Plea stems from an investigation by Detectives of The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Gang Task Force, The Ocean County Narcotics Strike Force, in February and March 2023. During the investigation, Mr. McGhee Sold over a Half Ounce of Cocaine to an Undercover Police Officer on Four Separate Occasions.


     The investigation concluded when Members of The Monmouth County Prosecutor's Office Criminal Enterprise Unit, Monmouth County Sherrif's Department along with The Asbury Park Police Department Executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant at Mr. McGhee's Asbury Park Residence and recovered over 5 Ounces of Cocaine as well as Drug Paraphernalia used in The Distribution of Narcotics.

LACEY TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer reported that on Wednesday, November 28, 2023, Alexander Gerber, 19, and Connor Dougherty, 20, both of Lacey Township, New Jersey, were Taken into Custody and Charged with Arson and Four Counts of Criminal Mischief in connection with a Week-Long String of Damage at a Local Park, Basketball Courts, and a Business.


     According to The Prosecutor's Office, on November 21, 2023, while on Patrol, Members of The Lacey Township Police Department discovered a Fire in The Women's Restroom in Gille Park. The Fire was Quickly Extinguished and an initial investigation determined that the Fire was Intentionally Set.


     On November 26, 2023, Members of The Lacey Township Police Department responded to Gille Park after receiving a report of Damage. Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered Graffiti, including Swastikas, Spray Painted in various locations throughout the Park. Officers further found Damage to The Women's Restroom Door. in The Park.


     On November 28, 2023, Members of The Lacey Township Police Department once again found Graffiti, including Swastikas located on a Clothing Bin at The Mill Pond Basketball Courts, as well as on The Rear Wall of The Shoprite Building on North Main Street.


     A Swift-Moving Investigation by The Lacey Township Police Department was able to identify a Chevrolet Pickup Truck as being involved with one of the Incidents. On November 28, 2023, shortly before 3:30 p.m. Police Officers conducted a Traffic Stop on a Pickup Truck matching the description on Deerhead Lake Drive. During the stop, Mr.Gerber was Taken into Custody and transported to Police Headquaters. 


     Further investigation, determined that Mr. Gerber and Mr. Dougherty acted together in setting the Fire and Damaging the Women's Restroom at Gille Park, and Spray Painting the Graffiti on all Three Locations. Mr. Dougherty surrendered at The Lacey Township Police Headquarters later in the evening on November 28, 2023. 


     Accordingly, both Gerber and Dougherty were Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Ocean County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings.

JERUSALEM, ISR.- Today, in an unprovoked Hamas Terrorist Attack, Three People were Killed and Eleven others Injured in a Shooting at a Local Bus Stop in Jerusalem, Israeli Authorities reported.



     The Deadly Attack unfolded at 7:40 a.m., local time when a pair of Heavily Armed Men drove up to the Bus Stop, exited their vehicle, and Opened Fire on Civilians. Both Gunmen were Killed by Two Off-Duty Israeli Soldiers and a Civilian who were nearby when the Gunfire Erupted.



     Israeli Police Officials have identified the Gunmen as Palestinian Brothers, Murad Nimr, 38, and Ibrahim, 30, from The Sur Baher Neighborhood of East Jerusalem. Israeli Police Officials and Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu have described the Gunmen as Terrorists. It is known that the Brothers were affiliated with Hamas. Further, Hamas claimed the Brothers as their Members and has claimed responsibility for the Attack.

JERSEY CITY, NJ.- Today, Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez reported that following an investigation, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023, Detectives of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Special Investigations Unit Arrested a 58-Year-Old Jersey City Police 911 Dispatcher for a Computer Crime.


     Rose Davis, 58, of Jersey City, New Jersey was Charged with One Count of Second Degree Computer Criminal Activity. Ms Davis was Arrested at The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office in Secaucus, New Jersey, and Released on a Complaint Summons pending her First Appearance, which has been Scheduled for Thursday, December 7, 2023, in Hudson County Central Judicial Processing Court.


     An investigation by Detectives of The Hudson County Special Investigations Unit with the assistance of The Jersey City Police Special Investigations Unit uncovered that on July 15, 2023, Ms. Davis used her Position as a Telecommunications Supervisor to obtain Records and Personal Identifying Information which she was not Authorized to keep for her own Records.

EWING, NJ.- Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri reported that following a Trial, a Jury sitting in Mercer County, New Jersey returned, Guilty Verdicts against a 41-Year-Old Ewing Township, New Jersey man for The Death of his Girlfriend back in June of 2020.



     The Jury Convicted Aaron Adams, 41, of Ewing Township, New Jersey on The Charges of First Degree Murder; and Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.


     The Conviction stems from an investigation by Members of The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and The Ewing Township Police Department. On June 1, 2020, at approximately 6:30 p.m., Members of The Ewing Township Police Department responded to a residence located on Glen Stewart Drive in The Township on a report of a deceased woman. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a woman, identified as Ashley Davis, 32, of Levittown, Pennsylvania in The Basement of The Home. Police Officers observed visible wounds to Ms. Davis' Body, and she was pronounced deceased at the scene.


     During a subsequent Court Authorized Search Warrant of the home, Two Air Rifles and a Handheld BB Gun were located in the same room as Ms. Davis' Body. Detectives also located numerous used bags of suspected Heroin with various Stamped Markings on The Bags in the same room as Ms. Davis' Body. Ms. Davis' Boyfriend, Aaron Adams, resided at The Glen Stewart Residence and was Taken into Custody and Charged with a Weapons Offense.


     Following an Autopsy, Ms. Davis' Death was Ruled a Homicide. The investigation revealed she suffered a Gunshot Wound from a Metal Air Gun Pellet that Struck Internal Organs and Caused Massive Internal Bleeding resulting in her Death.

BREAKING: South Toms River, New Jersey Man Charged

FORMER HEAD OF SOUTH TOMS RIVER RECREATION COMMISSION AND FOSTER PARENT CHARGED WITH SEX CRIMES ON A CHILD

SOUTH TOMS RIVER, NJ.- A 68-Year-Old South Toms River, New Jersey man Surrendered on Saturday, November 25, 2023, to Authorities at The South Toms River Police Department, for Alleged Sex Crimes on a Minor that occurred between 2015 and 2020.


     According to Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer, on Friday, November 24, 2023, William Gleason, 68, of South Toms River, New Jersey was Formally Charged with Two Counts of Aggravated Sexual Assault; Aggravated Criminal Sexual Contact; and Two Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child.



     Following an investigation by Members of The Ocean County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit and The South Toms River Police Department determined that between 2015 and 2020, Mr. Gleason Sexually Assaulted a Child who resided in his home. After surrendering to Authorities Gleason was Processed on The Charges and was Remanded to The Ocean County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings.


     "Although the Ocean County Prosecutor's Office does not typically issue press releases in matters such as this due to their sensitive nature and out of respect for the victim's privacy. Gleason's previous position as head of the South Toms River Recreation Commission, and perhaps more importantly his former role as a foster parent, necessitates this particular alert to the public. BREAKING: Man Charged With Murder After Union City, New Jersey Man Dies Of Injuries In Robbery

UNION CITY, NJ.- A 23-Year-Old man has been Additionally Charged with Murder after a 79-Year-Old man sadly succumbs to Injuries he sustained during a Robbery that occurred during the Early Morning Hours on November 16, 2023, in Union City, New Jersey.


     According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, on Wednesday, November 16, 2023, shortly after 3:00 a.m., Members of The Union City Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Robbery in the area of 37th Street and Bergenline Avenue in Union City. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Jorge Moctezuma-Espinoza, 79, of Union City, Unresponsive. Mr. Moctezuma-Espinoza was immediately transported to Jersey City Medical Center with Severe Injuries to his Upper Body. 


     A Swift-Moving investigation by Members of The Union City Police Department was able to Identify Isaiah Grey, 23, as a Suspect and the Individual Responsible for The Beating and Robbery of Mr. Moctezuma-Espinoza. Within a few hours, Police Officers were able to locate Mr. Grey and Take him into Custody. At that time Mr. Grey was Formally Charged with First Degree Attempted Murder; First Degree Robbery; Second Degree Aggravated Assault; and Third Degree Endangering an Injured Victim. 


     On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Mr. Moctezuma-Espinoza succumbed to his Injuries and was pronounced deceased at Jersey City Medical Center. A subsequent Autopsy performed by The Hudson County Regional Medical Examiner determined the Cause of Death to be Blunt Impact Injuries to the Head and the Manner of Death to be Homicide.


     Accordingly, following the Results of The Autopsy, Members of The Hudson County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Unit Charged Grey with First Degree Murder; and First Degree Murder During the Commission of a Robbery. Grey was Arrested and Processed on The Additional Charges at The Hudson County Correctional Facility on Monday, November 27, 2023, where Grey has been Detained since his Arrest by The Union City Police Department.

CALDWELL, NJ.- A 68-Year-Old man Tragically lost his Life Early Sunday Evening after he was Struck and Killed by a Motor Vehicle as he Crossed Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell, New Jersey.


     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, on Sunday, November 26, 2023, at approximately 6:33 p.m., Members of The Caldwell Police Department responded to The 300 Block of Bloomfield Avenue in Caldwell after receiving a 911 Emergency Call reporting that a Pedestrian had been Struck by a Motor Vehicle.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found the Pedestrian, Gregory Katz, 68, suffering from Life-Threatening Injuries. Mr. Katz was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased around 7:30 p.m. The Driver of the Motor Vehicle remained at the scene.

SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ.- A 23-Year-Old Relative was Taken into Custody and Charged in connection with The Shooting Deaths of Three Relatives that occurred Yesterday Morning inside their South Plainfield, New Jersey Condominium.


     According to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, on Monday, November 27, 2023, at just around 9:00 a.m., Members of The South Plainfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting Shots Fired at a Coppola Drive Residence in South Plainfield, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found Three Victims, Dilipkumar Brahmbhatt, 72, of South Plainfield, Bindu Brahmbhatt, 72, of South Plainfield, and Yashkumar Brahmbhatt, 38, of South Plainfield. Dilipkumar and Bindu, Unresponsive from Gunshot Wounds and were pronounced deceased at the scene. Yashkumar Brahmbhatt sustained Multiple Gunshot Wounds and was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.


     An investigation by Detective Thomas Rutter of The South Plainfield Police Department and Detective Javier Morillo of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office were able to identify Om Brahmbhatt, 23 of South Plainfield, New Jersey as a Suspect and the individual responsible for the Fatal Shootings. Mr. Brahmbhatt resided at the Residence with the Victims and was there when Police Officers arrived on the Scene.


     Accordingly, Mr. Brahmbhatt was Arrested without incident, and Formally Charged with Three Counts of First Degree Murder; and Three Counts of Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose.


     Mr. Brahmbhatt was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Middlesex County Adult Correctional Center pending Future Court Proceedings.

Ryan, J.S.C., ordered that Michael Mulgrew, 34, of Barnegat, New Jersey, will remain Detained pending Trial on Charges of Murder and Weapons Offenses.


     The Charges are in connection with The Alleged Stabbing Deaths of his Parents, Eugene Mulgrew, 71, and Cheryl Mulgrew, 69, both of Barnegat, New Jersey, who were found dead inside their home back on November 2, 2023.

CAMDEN, NJ.- A 52-Year-Old Westville, New Jersey man becomes another victim of the Senseless Gun Violence that is Plaguing The Streets of New Jersey, after crashing his car, from an apparent Gunshot Wound.


     Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay reported, that on Sunday, November 26, 2023, just around 3:30 p.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Motor Vehicle Crash at 1532 South 7th Street in The City of Camden. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Jeremy Barron, 52, of Westville, New Jersey suffering from a Life-Threatening Gunshot Wound. Mr. Barron was immediately transported to Cooper University Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced deceased a short time later.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. SOUTH PLAINFIELD, NJ.- Middlesex County Authorities are continuing their investigation into the circumstances surrounding a Shooting that occurred this morning at a South Plainfield, New Jersey Residence that tragically Claimed the Lives of Two Men and a Woman. 


     According to Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone, Today, November 27, 2023, at approximately 9:00 a.m., Members of The South Plainfield Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting Shots Fired at a Coppola Drive South Plainfield Residence.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered Three Victims, Two Men and a Woman, all Three who had Sustained Gunshot Wounds. One of the men and the woman had succumbed to their injuries and were pronounced deceased at the scene. The second man who sustained Multiple Gunshot Wounds was immediately transported to a nearby hospital, where despite Life-Saving Efforts the man was pronounced deceased a short time later.


     An investigation by Detective Thomas Rutter of The South Plainfield Police Department and Detective Javier Morillo of The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office determined that the Shooting was not a Random Act, and there is No Threat to The Public at this time. The Names and Ages of the Victims are not being released at this time pending notification of next of kin.

CAMDEN, NJ.- On Wednesday, November 22, 2023, Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay reported, that on November 15, 2023, Andrew Whittaker, 29, of Sicklerville, New Jersey was Sentenced in Camden County Superior Court to a Term of 25 Years in New Jersey State Prison for The May 17, 2017 Shooting Death of Edward Whittle. 


     The Sentence is Subject to The No Early Release Act which will Require Mr. Whittaker to Serve Eighty-Five Percent of his Custodial Term before becoming Eligible for Parole.


     On Wednesday, May 17, 2017, at approximately 7:18 p.m., Members of The Camden County Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in The 1300 Block of Carl Miller Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey. Upon arrival, Police Officers found Edward Whittle, 30, of Camden, New Jersey, suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. Mr. Whittle ultimately succumbed to his injuries. 


     Following a Swift-Moving Investigation, Mr. Whittaker was identified as a suspect and the individual responsible for the Murder of Mr. Whittle. On June 9, 2017, Whittaker was Arrested and Charged with First Degree Murder and Weapons Offenses. He was again Charged in March 2019 with Witness Tampering.


     The Sentence results from when on September 26, 2023, Whittaker Plead Guilty to First Degree Aggravated Manslaughter; and First Degree Witness Tampering. The Ten-Year Sentenced for The Witness Tampering Charge will run Concurrent with The 25-Year Aggravated Manslaughter Charge.

NEWARK, NJ.- A 35-Year-Old Irvington, New Jersey man, and a 37-Year-Old East Orange, New Jersey man Face Decades in New Jersey State Prison when they are Sentenced Exactly Two Years to the Day after being Convicted for The Gunpoint Robbery of a Customer at The Irvington Kennedy Fried Chicken Fast Food Restaurant.



     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, on January 19, 2023, the Two Men, Ricotson Dolisca, 35, of Irvington, New Jersey, and Gary Rhymes, 37, of East Orange, New Jersey, were Captured on Video Surveillance inside The Kennedy Fried Chicken Robbing the Victim at Gunpoint of his Wallet, Cell Phone, and Clothes. Dolisca and Rhymes were Apprehended a short time later and found in Possession of The Victim's Wallet and a Firearm. 



     Following a Two Day Trial before Superior Court Judge John Gizzo, a Jury Sitting in Essex County, New Jersey, deliberated for Two Days before Finding Dolisca and Rhymes Guilty of First Degree Robbery; Second Degree Conspiracy; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Receiving Stolen Property; and Possession of a Large-Capacity Magazine. 


     Assistant Prosecutor Joseph Dellera, who tried the case, said the jury diligently reviewed the evidence and returned a just verdict.


     "Fortunately, the weapon was not fired and there were no lasting physical injuries in this case," Dellera said. "This verdict would not have been possible but for the brave victim, who was willing to come to court and face the individuals who did this to him. I hope the verdict brings peace and a sense of security to the victim and his family."


     Sentencing in the Matter has been Scheduled for January 19, 2024, before The Honorable Judge Gizzo. When Sentenced Dolisca Faces up to 30 Years in State Prison and Rhymes Faces up to 20 Years in State Prison.

CLIFFSIDE PARK, NJ.- Following an investigation, a 56-Year-Old Cliffside Park, New Jersey man was Taken into Custody last Tuesday and Charged in connection with the Multiple Sexual Assaults of a Child that occurred in Cliffside Park, New Jersey.


     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Tuesday, October 24, 2023, The Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit regarding the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Child. An investigation was initiated by Detectives of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit and The Cliffside Park Police Department. After interviewing witnesses including the Child Victim, Detectives determined that Delfino Simon-Roca, 56, of Cliffside Park, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted the Child in Cliffside Park, New Jersey on Three Separate Occasions.


     Accordingly, at the conclusion of the investigation, on Tuesday, November 21, 2023, Mr. Simon-Roca was Arrested at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey, and Formally Charged with Second Degree Sexual Assault; and Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Simon-Roca was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings in Bergen County Superior Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.

ENGLEWOOD, NJ.- Following an investigation a 30-Year-Old School Security Officer from Englewood, New Jersey was Taken into Custody and Charged last Monday with the Alleged Sexual Assault of a Teen.


     According to Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella, on Tuesday, November 14, 2023, The Englewood Police Department notified The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit after receiving a report of an apparent Sexual Assault of a Teen. An investigation was launched by Members of The Bergen County Special Victims Unit in conjunction with The Englewood Police Department. Detectives.


     After interviewing witnesses including the Teen Victim, Detectives concluded that Joseph Hicks, 30, of Englewood, New Jersey, Sexually Assaulted a Child between the Ages of Thirteen and Sixteen Years Old in Englewood, New Jersey while he was in a Supervisory Role.


     Accordingly, on Monday, November 20, 2023, Mr. Hicks was Taken into Custody at The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office in Paramus, New Jersey and Formally Charged with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Hicks was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings.

PATERSON, NJ.- Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that a 30-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man was Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire last night.


     On Friday, November 24, 2023, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Shooting in the area of Market Street and Madison Avenue in The City of Paterson.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a 30-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey man suffering from a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Hospital for treatment. Police Officers also found Shell Casings in the area.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. ELIZABETH, NJ.- A 30-Year-Old Elizabeth, New Jersey man has been Taken into Custody in connection with The Shooting Death of a 30-Year-Old Elizabeth woman that occurred Early Thanksgiving Day morning inside her Elizabeth, New Jersey Apartment.



     According to Union County Prosecutor William A. Daniel, during the Early Morning Hours of Thursday, November 23, 2023, Members of The Elizabeth Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Homicide at The Mravlag Manor, Public Housing Project in Elizabeth, New Jersey. 


     Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a woman, later identified as Victoria Myers, 30, of Elizabeth deceased inside her Apartment from apparent Gunshot Wounds.



     A Swift-Moving Investigation by Members of The Union County Homicide Task Force, The Elizabeth Police Department, and The Union County Sheriff's Office Crime Scene Unit were able to quickly identify Gerard Manning, 30, of Elizabeth, New Jersey as a Suspect and the individual responsible for The Fatal Shooting of Ms. Myers.


    After a brief Manhunt, on Friday Morning, November 24, 2023, Mr. Manning was Taken into Custody by Members of The Elizabeth Police Department without incident and was Formally Charged with One Count of First Degree Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Second Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child.


     Mr. Manning was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Union County Jail in Elizabeth, New Jersey, pending Future Court Proceedings.

WEST NEW YORK, NJ.- Hudson County Regional Arson Task Force, North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue, and The West New York Police Department are continuing their investigation into the Cause of a West New York, New Jersey Building Fire that occurred Late Thanksgiving Day Afternoon.


     According to Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez, on Thursday, November 23, 2023, at approximately 5:30 p.m., North Hudson Regional Fire and Rescue responded to a 911 Emergency Call reporting a Commerical and Residential Building Fire located at 5222 Bergenline Avenue in West New York, New Jersey.



     Upon arrival, First Responders found Heavy Fire and Smoke coming from the Building. While Fighting the Fire, Ten Firefighters sustained Injuries. Two of the Firefighters suffered Serious Injuries and One still remains Hospitalized in Stable Condition. Additionally, Four Residents were treated for Minor Injuries and have been released from the Hospital. 


     After battling the Fire for Three Hours, Fire Personnel brought the Fire under control at 8:30 p.m., Thursday Night.


     The initial investigation by Members of The Hudson County Regional Arson Task Force determined the Fire originated in the Bedroom of an Apartment. The Cause has still yet to be determined at this time. PASSAIC, NJ.- Detectives continue to look for answers into an Early Friday Morning Stabbing incident in Passaic, New Jersey that left two men hospitalized from Mulitple Stab Wounds.


     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Friday, November 24, 2023, at approximately 1:45 a.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to a 911 Emergency Call Reporting a Stabbing in the area of Parker and Highland Avenues in The City of Passaic.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers located a 21-Year-Old man and a 24-Year-Old man, both from Passaic, New Jersey. Both men had sustained Multiple Stab Wounds. Both men were immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center for treatment. Officers were able to locate the area where the Stabbing took place.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. TRENTON, NJ.- Members of The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and The Trenton Police Department are continuing to investigate the circumstances surrounding the Senseless Shooting Death of a man that occurred at Daybreak Yesterday Morning.


     According to Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri, on Friday, November 24, 2023, at approximately 6:30 a.m., Members of The Trenton Police Department responded to a Multiple ShotSpotter Activation on The First Block of Oliver Avenue in Trenton, New Jersey.


     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man on The Sidewalk suffering from Multiple Gunshot Wounds. The man was immediately transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he was pronounced deceased minutes after arriving at The Medical Center.


     The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time. BREAKING: Two Newark, New Jersey Men Convicted Of Murder In 2019 Newark Mass Shooting

NEWARK, NJ.- A Jury sitting in Essex County, New Jersey has Returned Guilty Verdicts against Two Newark, New Jersey men on Charges relating to a Mass Shooting that occurred in May of 2019, that sent a Group of men running and Killed a man from a Gunshot Wound to the back of his head.



     According to Acting Essex County Prosecutor Theodore N. Stephens, II, Tymeer Gumbs, 25, of Newark, New Jersey, was Convicted of First Degree Murder; First Degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder; Attempted Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; Second Degree Certain Persons Not to Possess Ewapons; and Hindering One's Own Prosecution or Apprehension. 



     The Jury also Convicted Isaiah, 25, of Newark, New Jersey, of First Degree Conspiracy to Commit Murder; Aggravated Manslaughter; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon; and Second Degree Eluding Police Officers.


     The convictions stem from an incident that on May 6, 2023, at just shortly after 7:00 p.m., a Group of Men were Standing and Talking near a Gas Station, a Chinese Restaurant, and a Barber Shop. Then all of a sudden a Stolen Dodge Durango pulled up and the occupants of the Durango began Shooting at the men. As the men scattered, Gumbs exited the Durango and chased down Murad Harris, Shooting him in the Back of The Head. Gumbs then ran back to the Durango, put his Gun in the Face of another man, and pulled the trigger, but the weapon jammed. The Durango fled and was pursued by Police but escaped apprehension. 


     Detectives of The Essex County Prosecutor's Office Homicide Task Force were able to Identify Mr. Gumbs and Mr. Kane as Suspects and both men were Apprehended.


     Sentencing in the matter has been scheduled for February 8, 2024, at which time Mr. Gumbs will Face the Potential of Life in New Jersey State Prison. Mr. Kane will Face the potential of Spending Decades in New Jersey State Prison.
