TENAFLY, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that Yesterday, following an investigation, a 65-Year-Old Father, who is Employed as a School Teacher, and his 24-Year-Old Son, who is Employed as a Social Worker were Arrested and Charged with Possession of Child Pornography.

     On Thursday, October 12, 2023, Members of The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Cyber Crimes Unit Executed a Court Authorized Search Warrant at The Residence of Jeffery D. Grossman, 65, and Steven K. Grossman, 24, both of Tenafly, New Jersey, during an Internet Child Sexual Abuse Material Investigation. Detectives determined that both Jeffery D. Grossman and Steven K. Grossman used the Internet to View, Download, and Possess Digital Items Depicting Nude or Sexually Explicit Children.

     Accordingly, on Thursday, October 12, 2023, both Jeffery D. Grossman and Steven K. Grossman were Charged with One Count of Second Degree Possession of Child Pornography. The two were Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending Future Court Proceedings.
