101-YEAR-OLD WOMAN REMAINS IN CRITICAL CONDITION AFTER BEING FOUND INSIDE A BURNING APARTMENT

     " Bergen County Authorities Continuing To Investigate The Circumstances Surrounding A Fire That Has Left An Elderly Woman Hospitalized."

LODI, NJ.- Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella reported that Members of The Bergen County Major Crimes Unit and The Lodi Police Department are continuing their investigation into a Fire that occurred this morning at a Lodi, New Jersey Apartment that has left a 101-Year-Old Woman Hospitalized in Critical Condition.

     On Friday, October 13, 2023, at approximately 8:02 a.m., Members of The Lodi Police Department responded to a Fire Alarm Activation at an apartment located on Rennie Place in Lodi, New Jersey. Upon arrival, Police Officers and First Responders found a 101-Year-Old Woman Unresponsive inside the apartment. 

     The Woman was immediately transported to Hackensack University Hospital where she remains in Critical Condition. Authorities have released no further information at this time.
