BREAKING: Pleasantville, New Jersey Man Admits Guilt In Metro PCS Store Robbery

44-YEAR-OLD PLEASANTVILLE MAN PLEADS GUILTY TO THE DECEMBER 2022 ARMED ROBBERY OF A STORE

     " Victor Goldman Pleads Guilty To First Degree Robbery For The December 18, 2022 Gunpoint Robbery."

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- A 44-Year-Old Pleasantville, New Jersey man who on December 18, 2022, walked into a Pleasantville Metro PCS Store and Demanded Money at Gunpoint, and later in the day got caught by Police with the Proceeds of The Robbery on him, entered a Guilty Plea in Atlantic County Superior Court to a Robbery Charge.



     According to Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds, on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, Victor Goldman, 44, of Pleasantville, New Jersey appeared before The Honorable Pamela D'Arcy, J.S.C., and Pleaded Guilty to One Count of First Degree Robbery. In return for The Guilty Plea, The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office will recommend that Mr. Goldman be Sentenced to a Term of Ten Years in New Jersey State Prison. The Sentence will be Subject to The No Early Release Act which requires Mr. Goldman to Serve Eighty-Five Percent of his Custodial Term before becoming eligible for Parole.


     During the Court Hearing, Mr. Goldman admitted to Robbing a Pleasantville Metro PCS Store and Demanding Money from the Clerk and that the $940.00 that Police Officers found on him was the Proceeds of The Robbery. Sentencing in the matter has been Scheduled for December 13, 2023, in Atlantic County State Superior Court.
