27-YEAR-OLD SOUTH DAKOTA MAN INDICTED ON CHARGES FOR AN EGG HARBOR CITY SHOOTING DEATH

MAYS LANDING, NJ.- Atlantic County Prosecutor William Reynolds reported that Today a Grand Jury sitting in Atlantic County, New Jersey has returned an Indictment Charging Dominique Woodall, 27, of Sioux City, South Dakota, with First Degree Murder; Second Degree Possession of a Weapon for an Unlawful Purpose; and Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Weapon.
On June 16, 2023, at approximately 4:50 p.m., Members of The Egg Harbor Police Department responded to The 200 Block of St. Louis Avenue on a report of a Shooting. Upon arrival, Police Officers found a man, later identified as Terrance Dismuke, 30, of Atlantic City, New Jersey, suffering from a Gunshot Wound.
Mr. Dismuke was immediately transported to an area hospital by Emergency Medical Personnel where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased.
Mr. Woodall was Arrested without incident in the early morning hours of Tuesday, June 20, 2023, in a Pleasantville, New Jersey residence. Woodall has remained detained in The Atlantic County Justice Facility.
