NEW JERSEY SCHOOL TEACHER CHARGED WITH THE ALLEGED SEXUAL ASSAULT OF A PRE-TEEN

BELVIDERE, NJ.- Today, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer reported that following an investigation by The Warren County Prosecutor's Office Special Victims Unit, Kenneth Lutz, 52, a New Jersey School Teacher living in Phillipsburg, New Jersey, has been Arrested and Charged for the Allegedly Sexually Assaulting a Child. The Alleged Assaults occurred back in 1998 and 1999 when the Child was between the Ages of Twelve and Thirteen.
Mr. Lutz was Formally Charged with First Degree Aggravated Sexual Assault; and Second Degree Sexual Assault by Contact. Mr. Lutz was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Warren County Jail pending a First Appearance and a Potential Pretrial Detention Hearing, both of which will be heard in Warren County State Superior Court.
It has been Alleged that between the Years of 1998 and 1999, Mr. Lutz the Child's Elementary School Teacher and Family Friend, who was responsible for Driving the Child to and from School performed Acts of Sexual Contact and Sexual Penetration while the Child was between the ages of Twelve and Thirteen.
