MAN STRUCK BY GUNFIRE ON SUNDAY AFTERNOON IN PATERSON

     " 21-Year-Old Paterson Man Hospitalized After Being Struck By Gunfire."

PATERSON, NJ.- Today, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes reported that a 21-Year-Old Paterson, New Jersey, man was Hospitalized after being Struck by Gunfire on Sunday Afternoon in Paterson, New Jersey.

     On Sunday, April 2, 2023, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of East 28th Street and 8th Avenue in The City of Paterson on a report of a Shooting.

     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Potential Crime Scene and a 21-Year-Old Paterson man who had sustained a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound. The man was immediately transported to Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson for Treatment. The condition of the man is unknown at this time.
