POLICE SEARCHING FOR A SUSPECT WHO ROBBED A STORE WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON IN PASSAIC, NEW JERSEY

     " 2 Employees Were Robbed At Gunpoint, Late Wednesday Afternoon."

PASSAIC, NJ.- Passaic County Authorities are continuing their investigation into a late afternoon Robbery where Two Employees were Robbed at Gunpoint of Cash at a Store in Passaic, New Jersey.

     According to Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes, on Wednesday, April 5, 2023, at approximately 5:46 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to a Business located in the area of Passaic Street and St. Francis Way in The City of Passaic on a report of a Robbery in Progress.

     Upon arrival, Police Officers were advised by a Female Employee that a Man entered the business, Pointed a Gun at her, and Demanded Money from the Cash Register. A Male Employee told Police that during the Robbery, the Man Fired a Shot, Striking a Filing Cabinet, and then Fled the Store.
