NEW JERSEY PARK POLICE OFFICER HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH CHILD PORNOGRAPHY OFFENSES

WINSLOW TOWNSHIP, NJ.- Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. McAulay reported that a 37-Year-Old Winslow Township man was Arrested and Charged with Child Sexual Abuse Material Offenses.

     Following an investigation by The Camden County Prosecutor's Office, Homeland Security Investigations Cherry Hill Office, and The West Deptford Police Department, with the assistance of The Camden County Sheriff's Office, The New Jersey State Park Police, and The Winslow Township Police Department. On Monday, April 17, 2023, Patrick Kelly, 37, of Winslow Township, New Jersey was Arrested and Charged with One Count of Second Degree Manufacturing of Child Sexual Abuse Material; and One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Material.

     Mr. Kelly who was Employed as an Officer with The New Jersey State Park Police was Arrested yesterday at The State Park Police Headquarters in Egg Harbor City, New Jersey.

     Kelly was Processed on The Charges and Remanded to The Camden County Correctional Facility. The Camden County Prosecutor's Office has Filed A Pretrial Detention Motion To have Mr. Kelly detained pending the outcome of the Charges against him.
