PENNSYLVANIA MAN CHARGED WITH HUMAN TRAFFICKING ADDITIONALLY CHARGED

BELVIDERE, NJ.- On Monday, April 17, 2023, Warren County Prosecutor James L. Pfeiffer reported that a 32-Year-Old Bethlehem, Pennsylvania man has been Additionally Charged following a second investigation into Attempted Sex Crimes against Minor Children.
In January 2022, Garry N. Bunting of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania was Charged in connection with the Human Trafficking and Sexual Assault of a 16-Year-Old Girl. In that Case, Mr. Bunting communicated with the Girl on The Social Media Platform Snapchat and transported the Child from Pennsylvania to New Jersey, where he engaged with the Girl in Multiple Sexual Acts.
In connection with that investigation, Detectives seized his multiple cell phones. In searching through the cell phones, Detectives discovered numerous communications, where Mr. Bunting discussed his desire to Engage Two Minor Children, Ages Eleven and Fifteen, in Sexual Activity. Through communications, Mr. Bunting asked to commit Sexual Contact with the Eleven-Year-Old Child and stated he would like to Teach the Fifteen-Year-Old Child how to perform Sexual Acts. Further, the Eleven-Year-Old Child reported to Detectives that on one occasion, she was exposed to Sexual Activity between the witness and Mr. Bunting.
Accordingly, On Monday, April 17, 2023, Mr. Bunting was Charged with the following Offenses. One Count of Second Degree Attempted Sexual Assault; and Three Counts of Third Degree Attempted Endangering the Welfare of a Child.
Mr. Bunting who is presently lodged in The Warren County Jail was Processed on the Charges pending his First Appearance in Warren County State Superior Court.
