Three Ocean County Men Charged

FOLLOWING A SIX-MONTH NARCOTICS INVESTIGATION THREE OCEAN COUNTY MEN ARRESTED

     " Christian Bultron-Rios, Anfernee Guzman-Romero, & Christian Bultron-Carmona Are Charged With Multiple Narcotics & Weapons Offenses."

TOMS RIVER, NJ.- On Monday, March 13, 2023, Ocean County Prosecutor Bradley D. Billhimer reported that following a State, County, and Local Law Enforcement Narcotics Investigation into The Distribution of Cocaine in The Ocean County, New Jersey area, Three Toms River men were Arrested, and Charged with Multiple Narcotics and Weapons Offenses. 

     During the course of the Six-Month Investigation Detectives uncovered that the Three Men were importing Large Quantities of Cocaine transported in Children's Toy Boxes, and Distributing the Cocaine into The Ocean County Area. Detectives further identified Four Residences in Toms River, New Jersey that was being Utilized by one of the men as Storage and Distribution Sites. The investigation also revealed that all Three Men were Distributing the Cocaine in Toy Boxes throughout The Ocean County Area.

     On Wednesday, March 8, 2023, Detectives Executed Court Authorized Search Warrants on all Four Locations, and Detectives Seized Large Quantities of Cocaine and Suboxone, a Polymer Assault Rifle with a High Capacity Magazine, a Semi-Automatic Handgun, Hollow Point Ammunition, and Drug Paraphernalia consistent with Manufacturing and Distribution of Narcotics.

     The Three Men, Christain Butron-Rios, 37, Anfernee Guzman-Romero, 26, and Christian Bultron-Carmona, 18, were Arrested and Charged with Multiple Narcotics and Weapons Offenses.

     Mr. Bultron-Rios and Mr. Guzman-Romero were Processed on Charges and remanded to The Ocean County Jail pending a First Appearance and Detention Hearing, to have both men Detained pending the outcome of the Charges Filed Against them.

     Mr. Bultron-Carmona was Processed on a Single Charge of Conspiracy and released on a Summons pending a First Appearance in Ocean County State Superior Court.
