ATLANTIC COUNTY AUTHORITIES CONTINUE INVESTIGATION INTO THE SHOOTING DEATH OF A WOMAN

     " Police Are Searching For Answers In The Saturday Fatal Shooting Of A Somers Point Woman."

SOMERS POINT, NJ.- Atlantic County Authorities are continuing their investigation into the Fatal Shooting of a Woman found inside a Somers Point Residence, Atlantic County Prosecutor William E. Daniel reported.

     On Saturday, March 4, 2023, at approximately 7:23 a.m., Members of The Somers Point Police Department responded to a residence located on The 600 Block of 3rd Street on a report of an individual being Shot.

     Upon arrival, Police Officers found a Woman unresponsive from a Gunshot Wound inside the residence. The woman was pronounced deceased at the scene. At this time there is no danger to the public.
