FATAL STABBING AT MERCER COUNTY BASKETBALL TOURNAMENT

     " Mercer County Homicide Task Force Investigating Last Night's Fatal Stabbing Of A 22-Year-Old."

TRENTON, NJ.- The Mercer County Prosecutor's Office and The Trenton Police Department are investigating the circumstances surrounding The Fatal Stabbing of a 22-Year-Old that occurred last night at the Cure Arena in Trenton, New Jersey.

     On Thursday, February 16, 2023, at approximately 8:30 p.m., Members of The Trenton Police Department responded to The Cure Arena located at 81 Hamilton Avenue on a report of an individual being Stabbed . Upon arrival Police Officers located a victim, later identified as Khalil Glanton, 22, of Trenton, New Jersey, suffering from Multiple Stab Wounds.

     Mr. Glanton was immediately transported to Capital Health Regional Medical Center where he succumbed to his injuries and was subsequently pronounced deceased at around 9:00 p.m.
