 30 YEAR OLD MAN IS STRUCK BY GUNFIRE IN A LATE FRIDAY NIGHT SHOOTING IN PATERSON

     " A Man Arrives At Saint Joseph's Medical Center After Being Shot Friday Night In The Area Of Oak & Chestnut Streets."

PATERSON, NJ.- On Saturday, November 26, 2022, Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Acting Paterson Police Chief Bert Ribeiro announced that on Friday, November 25, 2022, at approximately 10:18 p.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department responded to the area of Oak and Chestnut Streets in THe City of Paterson on a report of Shots Fired.

     Upon arrival, Police Officers discovered a potential crime scene. While responding to the scene, additional Police Officers were notified that a 30-Year-Old Paterson man had arrived at Saint Joseph's University Medical Center in Paterson, seeking treatment for a non-life threatening Gunshot Wound.

     No Arrests have been made, and the investigation remains active and ongoing.
