OPERATION EAGLE EYE CHARGES NINE PEOPLE FOR POSSESSION AND DISTRIBUTION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

NEW BRUNSWICK, NJ.- On Friday, November 18, 2022, Middlesex County Prosecutor Yolanda Ciccone announced that a Multi Agency Investigation into the Possession of Child Pornography has resulted in the Arrests of Eight Men and One Juvenile on various Child Pornography Offenses.
As a result of Operation Eagle Eye led The Middlesex County Prosecutor's Office Crimes Against Children, in conjunction with The New Jersey State Police and Eleven Local Law Enforcement Agencies throughout Middlesex County led to One Juvenile Male being Charged on November 1, 2022, and over the course of two days, Thursday, November 17, 2022 and Friday, November 18, 2022, Eight Men were Arrested without incident and Formally Charged.
Albert Leonardis, 37, of Edison, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Second Degree Distribution of Child Pornography; One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography; and One Count of Second Degree Storing and Maintaining Images Depicting the Sexual Exploitation or Abuse of Children.
Christopher Hernandez, 18, of New Brunswick, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornogrphy.
Alexander Antoini De Oliveria, 39, of Old Bridge, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Second Degree; One Count of Distribution of Child Pornography; One Count of Second Degree Storing and Maintaining Images Depicting the Sexual Exploitation or Abuse of Children; and One Count of Second Degree Possession of Child Pornography.
Joseph Marino, 40, of Carteret, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornogrphy; One Count of Second Degree Distribution of Child Pornography; and One Count of Second Degree Storing and Maintaining Images Depicting the Sexual Exploitation or Abuse of Children.
Paul Rubbe, 62, of Piscataway, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Possession of Child Pornography.
Edward Gicherman, 81, of Monroe Township, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography; and One Count of Second Degree Storing and Maintaining Images Depicting the Sexual Exploitation or Abuse of Children.
Abhishek Pandya, 25, of Edison, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography; and One Count of Distribution of Child Pornography.
Christopher Nicol, 20, of Plainsboro, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Third Degree Possession of Child Pornography.
A Juvenile male, 17, of Woodbridge Township, New Jersey has been Charged with One Count of Juvenile Delinquency for the Possession of Child Pornography.
