53 YEAR OLD MARLTON MAN HAS BEEN ARRESTED AND CHARGED WITH POSSESSION OF CHILD PORNOGRAPHY

EVESHAM TOWNSHIP, NJ.- On Thursday, February 24, 2022 Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina and Evesham Township Acting Police Chief Walter Miller announced that a 53-Year-Old Marlton man has been Charged with Possessing Child Sexual Abuse Material.
Kevin Gaffney, 53, of The Marlton Section of Evesham Township was Arrested on Wednesday, February 23, 2022 and Charged with Third Degree Endangering the Welfare of a Child. Mr. Gaffney was lodged in The Burlington County Jail in Mount Holly, New Jersey pending a First Appearance in Burlington County State Superior Court.
Mr. Gaffney was taken into Custody at his residence following the Execution of a Court Authorized Search Warrant. Multiple electronic devices were seized and will be examined by Members of The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High Tech Crimes Unit. An External Hard Drive belonging to Mr. Gaffney was reviewed onsite and found to contain a large Quantity of Child Sexual Abuse Material Files.
The investigation began after The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit received information regarding Mr. Gaffney’s online activities from The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. The investigation determined that in addition to keeping Child Sexual Abuse Material on the External Hard Drive, Mr. Gaffney also used an Online Data Storage System to maintain Child Sexual Abuse Material Files.
