PATERSON, NJ.- Detectives continue their investigation into the circumstances surrounding the late Sunday night Shooting of a Brooklyn, New York man who arrived at the hospital seeking treatment.
On Monday, November 22, 2021 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Passaic Police Chief Luis A. Guzman announced that on Sunday, November 21, 2021, at approximately 11:24 p.m., Members of The Passaic Police Department responded to Saint Mary’s General Hospital in Passaic, New Jersey on a report that a 21-Year-Old Brooklyn, New York man had arrived by way of private vehicle seeking treatment for a non-life threatening gunshot wound.
The victim was later transferred to Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey. At this time no crime scene has been located.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once it is released by authorities.
