PATERSON, NJ.- On Friday, October 22, 2021 Passaic County Prosecutor Camelia M. Valdes and Paterson Police Chief Ibrahim Baycora announced that on October 22, 2021, at approximately 3:29 a.m., Members of The Paterson Police Department were notified that a 21-Year-Old Bloomingdale, New Jersey man arrived at Saint Joseph’s University Medical Center in Paterson, New Jersey seeking treatment for a Non-Life Threatening Gunshot Wound.
Based on the initial investigation, the victim was in a motor vehicle parked in the area of 21st and Madison Avenues in Paterson, New Jersey when an occupant of a passing car began shooting towards the victim’s vehicle.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information may become available once released by authorities.
