JERSEY CITY, NJ.- On Friday, October 22, 2021 Hudson County Prosecutor Esther Suarez announced that The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the whereabouts of the suspect wanted in connection with the Death of 30-Year-Old Raven Harris, who was fatally shot at the intersection of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue in Jersey City, New Jersey on February 10, 2021.
An Arrest Warrant has been issued for Jimmy B. Colclough, 30, of Newark, Jersey Charging him with First Degree Murder; Two Counts of First Degree Attempted Murder; Two Counts of Unlawful Possession of a Weapon (Handgun); and Second Degree Possession of a Weapon (Handgun) for an Unlawful Purpose.
On Wednesday, February 10, 2021, at approximately 10:00 p.m., Members of The Jersey City Police Department responded to a report of shots fired in the area of Old Bergen Road and Neptune Avenue.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found Three Shooting Victims, a 30-Year-Old Jersey City, New Jersey woman, later identified as Raven Harris, as well as Two Jersey City male victims, 28- and 29-years-old. The three victims were transported by Emergency Medical Services to Jersey City Medical Center. Ms. Harris was pronounced deceased at approximately 10:30 p.m. The Northern Regional Medical Examiner’s Office determined the cause of death to be Multiple Gunshot Wounds and the manner of death to be that of Homicide. The two male victims were treated for their injuries and released.
Anyone who sees Jimmy Colclough should not approach him, but should immediately contact the Police.
The Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office Homicide Unit continues to actively investigate this case with assistance from the Jersey City Police Department.
