" Camden County Authorities Are Investigating The Sunday Morning Fatal Shooting Of Daniel Rios In The Northgate Apartment Complex In Camden City, New Jersey

CAMDEN, NJ.- On Sunday, October 3, 2021 Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Camden County Police Chief Gabriel Rodriguez announced that an investigation is currently underway in the Fatal Shooting of a 30-Year-Old Camden man, inside of the Northgate Apartment Complex.
On Sunday, October 3, 2021, at approximately 6:05 a.m., Members of The Camden County Metro Police Department responded to The Northgate Apartment Building located on North 7th Street in Camden, New Jersey, on a report of shots being fired.
Upon arrival, Police Officers found Daniel Rios, 30, of Camden, New Jersey, Fatally Shot lying on a hallway floor. Mr. Rios was immediately transported to Cooper Hospital where he was pronounced deceased at 6:20 a.m., Sunday morning.
The investigation remains active and ongoing. No arrests have been made at this time, more information may become available once it is released by authorities.
