TWO BRONX, NEW YORK MEN AND TWO ATLANTA GEORGIA MEN ARRESTED IN BERGEN COUNTY

FAIRVIEW, NJ.- On Friday, September 24, 2021 Bergen County Prosecutor Mark Musella announced the Arrests of Mohamadou Dialo, 24, of Bronx, New York, Mamadou Barry, 23, of Atlanta, Georgia, Kaba Yassine, 22, of Atlanta, Georgia, and Amadou D. Barry, 20, Bronx, New York on Weapons and Fraud charges.
The arrests are the result of an investigation conducted by The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office under the direction of Chief Jason Love and The Fairview Police Department under the direction of Chief Martin Kahn.
On Thursday, September 23, 2021, during the course of a Narcotics Investigation, Detectives from The Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Narcotic Task Force and The Fairview Police Department executed a court authorized search warrant at 520 Cliff Street, Apt. 519, Fairview, New Jersey.
A search of the residence uncovered a defaced 9mm Smith & Wesson Handgun with a Loaded Magazine, as well as multiple Documents related to Credit Card Fraud. Mr. Dialo, Mr. M. Barry, Mr. Yassine, and Mr. A. Barry were located inside of the residence.
Mohamadou Dialo, Mamadou Barry, Kaba Yassine and Amadou D. Barry were each placed under Arrest without incident and Charged with One Count of Second Degree Possession of a Handgun for an Unlawful Purpose; One Count of Second Degree Unlawful Possession of a Handgun Without a Permit to Carry; and One Count of Fourth Degree Possession of a Defaced Firearm.
In addition to the Gun Offenses, Amadou D. Barry was additionally Charged with One Count of Second Degree Possession of Fraudulent Government Documents in another person’s name; One Count of Second Degree Possession of Personal Information of five or more separate persons, without that person’s permission or authority; and One Count of Third Degree Possession of a Credit Card for the purpose of Fraud.
All four men were processed on the Charges and remanded to The Bergen County Jail pending their first appearance in Central Judicial Processing Court in Hackensack, New Jersey.
