MAYS LANDING. NJ.- On Thursday, August 19, 2021 Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill announced The Atlantic County Prosecutor's Office welcomes Assistant Prosecutor James Lee to The Trial Unit.
Assistant Prosecutor Lee was sworn-in as an Assistant Prosecutor by The Honorable Bernard Delury, P.J. of The Criminal Division and before Acting Atlantic County Prosecutor Cary Shill, on Monday, August 9, 2021.
Assistant Prosecutor Lee graduated from Penn State University in 2015, earning a Bachelor's Degree in Enterprise Risk Management and then went to graduate from Rutgers University in 2021. Assistant Prosecutor Lee served as the Associate Managing Editor for The Journal of Law and Religion.
Assistant Prosecutor Lee has served in The U.S. Army Reserve since 2016 and he is currently in the process of transferring to The New Jersey National Guard.
