MERCER COUNTY HOMICIDE TASK FORCE IS INVESTIGATING THURSDAY'S EARLY MORNING SHOOTING IN TRENTON NEW JERSEY

TRENTON, NJ.- On Thursday, August 19, 2021 Mercer County Prosecutor Angelo J. Onofri announced The Mercer County Homicide Task Force and the Trenton Police Department are investigating a shooting homicide in Trenton, New Jersey.
On Thursday, August 19, 2021, at approximately 4:00 a.m., Members of The Trenton Police Department responded to Ditmar Alley, within The City of Trenton. Upon arrival, Police Officers located a male victim unresponsive and suffering a gunshot wound. He was pronounced dead at the scene. The victim was later identified as Herberth Ramirez Pimentel, 37, of Trenton, New Jersey.
