Camden County Detectives Investigating A Shooting

 CAMDEN COUNTY AUTHORITIES INVESTIGATING A SHOOTING IN PENNSAUKEN, NEW JERSEY

     " Detectives Investigating The Shooting Of A 16-Year-Old Male In Pennsauken, New Jersey Occurring On Wednesday, July 7, 2021."

PENNSAUKEN, NJ.- Acting Camden County Prosecutor Jill S. Mayer and Pennsauken Police Chief announced that Detectives are investigating the shooting of a 16-Year-Old male, which occurred on the 3700 Block of Herbert Avenue in Pennsauken, New Jersey.


     Members of The Pennsauken Police Department and Emergency Medical Services personnel responded to the area of Herbert Avenue, at approximately 7:58 p.m. on July 7, 2021, on a report of a male having being shot. Upon arrival, Police Officers located a Juvenile Male who was suffering a gunshot wound to his leg. The Juvenile was immediately transported to an area hospital for treatment.


     Investigation revealed that the driver and or occupants of the below vehicle may have information regarding this incident. The vehicle is believed to be a 2017 to 2020 Navy Blue Honda Accord.


     Detectives continue to investigate this incident. Anyone with information about this incident, the location of this vehicle, or the identity of its occupants or owner is asked to call CCPO Major Crimes Unit Detective Alex Burckhart at (609) 789-7300 or Pennsauken Police Detective Michael DiCamellio at (609) 929-1429.
