10-Year-Old Girl Shot And Killed In Vineland, New Jersey

AN INVESTIGATION IS CONTINUING INTO JULY 4, 2021 SHOOTING DEATH OF 10-YEAR-OLD CHILD

     " Cumberland County Prosecutor's Office Detectives Are Investigating Apparent Drive-By Shooting Which took The Life Of A 10-Year-Old Girl In Vineland, New Jersey."

VINELAND, NJ.- On Monday, July 5, 2021, Cumberland County Prosecutor Jennifer Webb-McRae announced that at approximately 11:17 p.m. on July 4, 2021 Members of The Vineland Police Department responded to Inspira Medical Center on a report of a 10-Year-Old Female Child, who sustained a Gunshot Wound, and later succumbed to her injury.



     The child was shot at a home in The 700 Block of West Earl Drive in Vineland, New Jersey in what appears to be a Drive-By Shooting. Investigators are working to determine who was the intended target of the shooting.



     The investigation remains active and ongoing. More information will be released as it becomes available.

     Prosecutor Webb-Mcrae is asking anyone who resides in the area of West Earl Drive, East Earl Drive, Earl Drive( Park Towne Apartments), Diane Court, Mary Court, and Shirley Court ( Within the area of South West Avenue and West Chestnut Avenue) To share their home cameras between the hours of 9:30 p.m. and 11:30 p.m. Anyone with Home Video may contact CCPO TIPS.
