NINE MORE ARREST IN CHILD PORNOGRAPHY SWEEP IN BURLINGTON COUNTY

MT. HOLLY, NJ.- Burlington County Prosecutor Scott Coffina announced today, nine more people have been charged as part of an operation targeting online predatory behavior and the possession and distribution of child sexual abuse material.
The arrests were conducted as part of The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office's Operation Safe Quarantine, which pursued those engaged in the online exploitation of children during the pandemic. The initiative resulted in charges being filed against 46 offenders, during the past 12 months.
Now that the restrictions put in place during the pandemic are being lifted, Operation Safe Quarantine will draw to a close.
" But rest assured, we will continue to investigate these offenders aggressively as we always done," Prosecutor Coffina said. " The apprehension and prosecution of those who seek to exploit and harm children will remain a top priority. I'd like to thank the unit and our law enforcement partners, for their devoted efforts toward keeping our children safe during a time when they were especially vulnerable to online predators."
Those arrested as part of the final phase of Operation Safe Quarantine, include;
Erbin Isreal, 32, of Willingboro, who was charged on March 29th, with One Count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child,Third Degree
Evan Seif, 25, of Palmyra, was charged April 21st with Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, two Second Degree and one Third Degree.
Alexander J. Bates, 19, of Mount Laurel, who was charged April 30th, with Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Two Second Degree and One Third Degree.
Mitchell Goroway, 22, of Mount Laurel, who was charged on 5th, with Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Two Second Degree and One Third Degree.
Luis Fernandez-Whipple, 54, of Moorestown, who was charged on May 7th, with Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of Child,two Second Degree and One Third Degree.
Colin Doty, 29, of Evesham, who was charged May 12th, with Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, two Second Degree and One Third Degree.
Robert Abramson, 22, of Mount Laurel, who was charged May 13th with One Count of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Third Degree.
Lewis Roberts, 26, of Evesham, who was charged May 27th, with Two Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Third Degree Possession of Large Capacity Ammunition Magazine, Fourth Degree, and Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, Fourth Degree.
Ryan Christopher, 20, of Palmyra, who was charged June 1st, with Three Counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, Two Second Degree and One Third Degree.
The investigations were spearheaded by The Burlington County Prosecutor's Office High-Tech Crimes Unit, with assistance from The United States Homeland Security Investigations- Cherry Hill Office, The Cinnaminson Township Police Department, The Evesham Township Police Department, The Moorestown Township Police Department, The Mount Laurel Township Police Department, The New Jersey State Police, The Palmyra Borough Police Department, and The Willingboro Township Police Department. HSI- Cherry Hill, and The Cinnaminson and Evesham Police Departments, have each assigned an investigator to work directly with The High-Tech Crimes Unit for an extended period.
" The Rules Of The Court Require Us To Include A Statement, Which States: The Charges Are Merely Accusations And The Defendant And Or Defendants Are Presumed Innocent Unless And Until Proven Guilty Beyond A Reasonable Doubt."
